They will charge your card with no approval or authorization a month after the case had been closed! Beware they are money hungry and don't care of about your family. We were in 2 emergency situations with the uhaul truck left stranded for 3 days with our infant and they keep taking our money! DONT USE UHAUL EVER

They double charged me for a rental.On top of it they charged me for a bunch of add ons that I didn't even request or use. I should of only been charged maybe $95 I was charged over $200 for renting a 10 ft truck and only driving 40 miles.Called and complained and they told me to call my bank! Really? You can't just refund me ? Okay whatever. Won't ever be coming here again. Now my bank is over drawn because they charged me more than I was expecting. Now I also have over draft fees.

Higher priced uhaul, but they gave us a great discount for using their truck and storing at their facility! Also, super nice storage units, very new so it felt very clean as far as storage units go!
