I just stopped in for 10 boxes and tape. The nice lady carried them to my car and offered to load them. I use a cane to walk. Her offering to help was so appreciated.

Absolutely the worst location for U-Haul! I would highly recommend not going here. The gal that works there is extremely rude. Always check your gas gauge and take a picture of it because they Said on the paperwork that the gas gauge was way above than it really was. Then you’re on the hook for that amount. Very fraudulent business now unfortunately I’ve been using them for years. Worst customer service ever!

I needed a place for a short (2 1/2 week) storage of household belongings. This place was perfect. Easy to load in. Easy to load out. They made it easy to setup the storage, and even easier to close out the contract when done. I'll use them again.

This reveiw is about U-haul as a whole, not just this location.
The 1/4 tank gas policy assures U-Haul is getting free gas or money from you everytime you rent from them.
They just got me for $50.00. What am I supposed to do syphon the tank?

Yeah the people try and act all nice and kind and everything like that but once you have an issue going on in your life or something happens they have no compassion or willing to work with you when you have an emergency in your life. This is the only storage unit place that I've ever been to that charges an enormous amount of fees and doesn't work with you for anything. So if you want to place that works with you and doesn't charge you an arm and a leg for every fee and doesn't help you in any way I wouldn't go here Max storage on 4th and Eastern. Cesar small and they're willing to work with you as long as you notify them beforehand. Mike the manager for U-Haul is U-Haul wont allow me

TLDR; Kelly is amazing and deserves a raise!Requested a quote awhile ago, never heard anything back. Assumed they had no availability. Received a call today from Kelly, she was following up. I had already booked services through another agency, but Kelly helped me with other moving needs. She searched for the closest UHaul to my destination, found the distance, and their contact information. Despite me having made it clear we went with another agency, she still went above and beyond to assist me!! I wanted to make a shout out to her boss, and she told me to come here. Will be emailing them as well.

Me and my buddies just moved all the way from Kansas and stored our things here. Our 2000 dollar gaming PC was missing and the people here just blew us off and said there was nothing they could do.
