Rented a trailer and both the pickup and return were seamless and quick! The trailer looked a little tired but everything worked great! The staff was friendly and the whole vibe felt neighborly and much more comfortable than some of the other U-hauls in the area.
They have a little more limited inventory but this is the new 'go to' rental location!

They will rip you off on gas. Did 45 miles on the truck put 5 gallons back in. They still charged $17 for gas when I brought it back in.

We rent the cargo vans often. This location is by far the quickest and easiest with pick up and return. They make it so easy.

What an amazing drop off experience. He came out to the truck checked it over two seconds wrote down the information he needed and I was on the road home. Couldn’t have made it any easier.

I was initially worried as I saw all the bad reviews, they must've changed management or we just got really lucky. We opted for self check in/out but couldnt find the kiosk so we went inside and an associate was very helpful! He told us all the steps/precautions to take when checking the truck out. When I asked how to return after hours he gave us full instructions. Only rented a 10' truck for about 4 hours. We went a little over our estimated miles but it only cost an additional $4. They sent us the invoice and that was that. Simple transaction that went off smoothly!

I have been calling to see how much a 10 X 15 storage unit would be so I finally hit 3 she then transferred me over to some 1 who could help me an I was hung up on so if I can't get a price to rent a storage unit I doubt I could get a 1 to rent

Sat at the propane thing with hitting the button a few times. Finally, the guy who got me propane last time comes out and says I'm sorry but the propane guy went home. We can't help you after me. I sat here for like 20 minutes so I'm pissed so they lost my business and now I'm angry

From the beginning, the staff couldn't locate my reservation, then confused my order with another asking me how I was able to reserve a trailer for $59. The trailer I booked wasnt available at this location, then offered an upgrade without an additional charge. Only after accepting their offer for a bigger trailer, was my original trailer became immediately and conviently available. After I called them out for their unprofessionalism, the staff were short tempered and vindictive. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the U-Haul location, deserving of a zero-star rating. Despite confirming with a manager that I received the truck with an empty tank, they attempted to charge me for gas upon return. It took over 30 minutes for them to rectify the situation and process the vehicle return, making this a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. The lack of communication and adherence to their own agreements reflects poorly on their customer service.To make matters worse, my infant and toddler were left waiting in the car with my wife during the entire ordeal. Only after expressing frustration and maintaining a firm stance did they finally take any action to address the situation. The disregard for the well-being of my children, coupled with their uncooperative attitude, further highlights the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care at this U-Haul location.

I rented a 26' Truck here, and was very happy with the customer service. The truck looked a little rough on the outside, but it drove really smooth. The guy at the counter was named Vlad and was very helpful.. He made sure the truck was ready to go. He noticed that they forgot to put my moving blankets and dolly in the back, so he ran right over and grabbed the. Highly recommend this location.
