I had an extremely disappointing experience with the U-Haul location, deserving of a zero-star rating. Despite confirming with a manager that I received the truck with an empty tank, they attempted to charge me for gas upon return. It took over 30 minutes for them to rectify the situation and process the vehicle return, making this a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal. The lack of communication and adherence to their own agreements reflects poorly on their customer service.To make matters worse, my infant and toddler were left waiting in the car with my wife during the entire ordeal. Only after expressing frustration and maintaining a firm stance did they finally take any action to address the situation. The disregard for the well-being of my children, coupled with their uncooperative attitude, further highlights the unprofessionalism and lack of customer care at this U-Haul location.

I rented a 26' Truck here, and was very happy with the customer service. The truck looked a little rough on the outside, but it drove really smooth. The guy at the counter was named Vlad and was very helpful.. He made sure the truck was ready to go. He noticed that they forgot to put my moving blankets and dolly in the back, so he ran right over and grabbed the. Highly recommend this location.

Pickup and drop off were both quick and easy. The process of inspecting the truck is very easy and gives you an option to submit pictures quickly. There were scratches on both sides of the truck that weren't noted and the odometer was off by one mile. A few quick pics submitted and I was ready to go. If you are going to just hop in the truck and drive off without protecting your ASSets, you better get the extra damage protection. If you opt out of the coverage, you need to document and photograph the equipment. These are lessons that recent reviewers have learned. The crew did a great job. The truck was nice and clean and the store has plenty of moving supplies.

A number of U-Haul stores can fill some of your needs for moving, but this store can cover any moving need you may have. Boxes of all sizes, locks for most storage needs, propane to refill tanks, storage space to rent, moving trucks & trailers of many types for most needs. The people are polite and professional & the store is clean and well laid out. I found the right size box for shipping a larger item by UPS.

When renting it was a pleasant experience. When I returned the vehicle was a horrible experience was after hours and I was unsure, I had missed a call and you can not reach them directly to speak with someone in the store. I received a voicemail from a Trevor and stated that he would of liked to speak with me before the final charges and I was at work missed the call and ended up paying about $346 called and they were sending my final receipt to my email per customer service I did not receive it.

Next time take a picture of all your vehicles before giving to someone else. Is what I ended up having to tell uhaul!!! I had to learn the hard way that they screw you over on the miles of you don’t have proof yourself. Uhaul charged me 70 miles when I only drove 46. Rude to make me wait there while “looking into it” even though I told you I didn’t have pictures after 20 mins I get told sorry I would love to help you get refunded but you just don’t have pictures to prove it. If you aren’t going to help me then don’t pretend to.This is fraud no matter how you look at it. I didn’t mind paying what I drove which is over what I quoted mind you. But 70?!?! Come on people I picked up a couch and drove straight back. I will never work with UHual again!

Big shoutout to Ruben at u haul. He was super friendly and helpful. I even tried to offer him a tip and he wouldn’t take it. U-Haul is lucky to have a team member like him.

Came by to fill up a propane tank and the guy with the long black hair had a horrible attitude. Sounded mad that he had to get off his chair. They ended up sending somebody else over to actually fill the tank who had a good attitude. I used to fill up here at least twice a week but I will be finding somewhere else.

First time renting a u-haul // the experience was so dreadful I felt compelled to share. Be prepared to expose your privacy’s soul 1) they will photograph your DL back and front on an a mobile phone 2) they will require you provide them with a second party’s name and phone number and they will then call this party to verify. ***BE SURE TO HAVE THIS PARTY’S PERMISSION BEFORE YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. //. Mind you this is for a 6x12 open flatbed trailer. Not motorized just a trailer. Can only wonder how sophisticated UHAUL cyberspace is encrypted/protected. Keep in mind you’re EXPOSING YOUR FRIENDS/FAMILIES PHONE - ID SOUL as well and they have nothing to do with this. May have saved a little money but won’t participate in that circus again. BTW the young gentleman who assume was very soft spoken and kind.

It's your privacy's worst nightmare. They will photograph your DL BACK AND FRONT ON A CELL PHONE. and then REQUIRE a second party's name AND PHONE to verify. BE SURE YOU HAVE THEIR PERMISSION BEFORE YOU WALK THROUGH THE DOOR. THE RENTAL PROCESS IS PAINFUL AGGRAVATING FRUSTRATING This was for a 6x12 open trailer. Who knows what they will require for something with a motor. Local one day rental. Trailer did the job. But I'll hire it done next time regardless of savings. Rather be beat with a stick.

I rented a truck on the 1st of August. Got 16 plastic totes or boxes at the same time. For $1.50 a week. Yesterday I get charged $620 for the boxes. I go to the store to talk with the Manager Cass Morgan about this issue and get told that due to my lack of communication he charged my full price for said totes. I told him I had communicated and that they would get returned same day. I returned them to the store after work received a hand written note because the employee couldn’t figure out how to give me a receipt and Cass Morgan informed me that he would not refund me any money he refused to work with me mind you that at this rental rate of 1.50 per box per week the total should have ran $120. Cass was unprofessional and rude and I will never do business with Uhaul again. And will fight these charges to the full extent

Wow! This U-Haul had such a lack of quality service that it seriously risked our safety. To begin with, this vehicle was not properly checked over before being rented to us—we later realized we were missing a whole wiper blade! Even worse, we found part of said wiper blade in the cabin, showing that they didn’t check in inside of the van well either.More egregiously, though, was that an employee here didn’t attach our auto-transport trailer properly! The chains were not secured with plastic adjusters that keep them from dragging or loosening easily. The chains weren’t even attached to my car—they were kinda just laying there. The parking break was off. The employee did not give us any instruction about the trailer, and since we were both first time U-Haul van + auto transport renters, we left feeling really confused, unaware, and an additional $20 poorer, thanks to their “service fee.” It’s a miracle we drove for multiple hours without any incidents.This U-Haul also informed me that I could go to Moscow U-Haul and have my auto-transport taken off while we loaded up in Moscow. This isn’t true, because any other U-Hauls that aren’t on your reservation are liable for damages. This made the hitch situation really hard to fix. Nobody could touch our rentals, but they could see how bad this Spokane U-Haul messed up. This was frustrating for us (of course), but it also put undue burden on a GOOD U-Haul location that had to invest significant time explaining to us what happened.(I had initially requested a vehicle in Moscow, but they didn’t have any in the area, which made me drive up to this Spokane U-Haul. This is U-Haul’s overall policy, and it’s intensely frustrating for their rural customers. There’s little notice, and the miles aren’t reduced from your rental, nor is the price reduced. It cost us an additional ~300 bucks to make this work.)Overall, I was incredibly disappointed and frustrated by this location’s because of the many ways in which they jeopardized our trip’s safety and budget. Would never recommend!

I wouldn't even give a single star! Had the wrong reservation details, "1 way 10' truck, guaranteed". It was not available as a 1 way only rountrip. I offered to drive it back paying the fuel myself. With fuel prices high, I thought it was a great deal.I was sent clear across town to a non existent office, 6821 N Division. Move move has now been postponed for 2 weeks. Stay away from this office, they are clueless!!!
