Easy to reserve, picking it up took a while but there was only one person working on a busy Saturday morning and she did a phenomenal job of multi tasking and getting us out as quickly as possible. Drop off was super easy with no hassles.

We rolled up after getting lost (so many uhaul locations) at 3 minutes till closing and got service with a smile. We were in and out with a trailer attached to our car in minutes. Highly recommended.

I was ignored and then told to drop trailer in field. Did that. Asked if I needed to sign anything and was told NO. Then I get a bill for 2 extra days with a fraudulent check-in date. If this is not remedied - I will be prosecuting for fraud. I've never had this issue with you guys before but I'll never work with this location again nor UHAUL unless corrected.

Due to poor communication on both ends, my wife and I received an invoice for nearly double our quote. At first it was very alarming and frustrating, but Frank and Rob were very kind and were willing to work with us to come to an agreement. It’s a fine line to walk between running a business and being a compassionate human being, but these people did a great job walking that line.
Additionally, they did a great job installing the hitch on the back of our car. It feels very sturdy and looks professional.

Pretty sure the mileage was checked wrong. Be sure to check your mileage on your paperwork and the mileage after you get back. I drove a total of maybe 15 mi and got told that I drove 33. The vehicle was parked almost the entire time I had it. The only place I went to was airway heights from the location where I rented which was on sunset hwy. I don't know how that's 33 mi but I sure got billed for it. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and it was almost closing time so I didn't bother to argue. I figured maybe it would be re-looked at it to verify what the mileage is for the next person who uses it and they would recognize the inconsistency. LoL so it's kind of my fault too.

Ridiculous, use a better location instead of this one gang. They take better care of folks. Frank S. charged me for being an hour after, but here's the thing...I was in the office WAITING FOR HIM BEHIND ANOTHER CUSTOMER BEFORE THAT COULD EVEN HAVE OCCURRED FOR OVER 15 MINUTES!
It was late after the mark because of him. Not me. And he straight up said, "I was outside when ya pulled up, sir"
Wow, Frank. Were you? Couldn't tell from the EMPTY OFFICE! Do better Frank.
