I posted my first review a couple years ago. Lately I haven’t had much reason to go into the UPS store, but I had to go in today to have a photo printed. I called first, and the lady on the phone was very very patient pleasant, understanding and informative. I went into the store, and unlike other stores, they acted like they were actually happy to see me. Like I wasn’t bothering them. I feel bad that I haven’t just stepped in just to wave and say hi and thank you. They are so sweet! Thank you, UPS by Safeway in Lincoln Heights!!!!!!🙏❤️‼️
I’ve been having to get papers printed from my computer, it is so fantastically easy to email the PDF file to be printed. Everybody has always been so friendly, accommodating, efficient, always service with a smile. I just wanted to say thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you thank you to the staff at the UPS store on 29th by Safeway.

Gary went out of his way to help when he did have to. He and everyone I at this store that I have met are the nicest people.

Snarky clerk unwilling to help discover why a package dropped off for 2-day UPS delivery was still stuck in the UPS facility and not shipped out 3 days later.

We have had a mailbox here for a few years and by and large they do a great job. Always super polite and friendly. It's a real help to have someone sign for our packages if we are out of town.

I spent $60 for overnight delivery and it was not delivered overnight. No refund and poor customer service is all I received.
I just reached out and received no help with my problem. DO NOT USE UPS!!!!!

I learned a valuable lesson. USPS picks up from the store daily. I am an eBay seller and dropped off a large package to be shipped. I was excited about shipping the package and opened my big mouth and mentioned that there was a racetrack that I was shipping. The person at the counter said I didn’t need a receipt and reluctant to give it to me, that should’ve been an alarm for me, but I’m new at this. I did not receive a receipt and my package was valued at $200 and never received . I refunded my eBay customer and I’m out the $200. I honestly believe that the person at the counter took the package. I did review this with the manager and he said that this has happened before but All but One out of three packages arrived within 3 minths Of being lost. The manager also said he would do an investigation which I don’t believe was done.
Get a receipt For anything you ship out of this store. And I did read complaints when this happened to me back in March where other people had this problem as well.
The store doesn’t even get one star Because they have a thief behind the counter. One guy (A thief ) messed it up for everybody else in the store As I will avoid going to the store in the future.

I went in with a ton of packages today that were returns. The person behind the counter, Gary, helped me. I think at first he did try to sell me a box and wrap (which is probably mandatory) but I've never had to do that with an Amazon return so I was confused by it.He patiently explained that with some returns they require the customer to pack even if they are printing the labels at UPS.Gary, I'm leaving you and your store a five star review because you took the time to explain things to me even after I was upset about the process. I appreciate it.I've always had good experiences here with the store on 29th Ave.

Very bad customer service, the employees are rude. I was trying to recover my package from Amazon and they refused to deliver it because I did not have my license with me and they did not accept another type of identity. I don't think I will ever visit one of these stores again? ?
