The UPS store is fine if it's Amazon with free shipping.
But UPS store charging me at the slowest rate $17 to ship a shirt back is ridiculous.

0 stars if I could. Made a notary appointment 48 hours in advance, got multiple confirmation emails, and I arrive for the appointment and the woman says the notary lady isn’t there today, offered to change it to tomorrow, but the item I needed notarized is needed TODAY? So unprofessional, the woman helping was not helpful or accommodating at all. Waste of time for time sensitive materials.

Dropped off and never shipped???? My friend dropped off a hunting scope that I urgently needed at their location on August 18th for overnight shipping. It's now August 21st, and it still hasn't left their store. I'm going on a hunting trip tomorrow and am in a difficult situation. I might have to cancel my trip. I'll update this post if they resolve the issue, but I waited all day for it to arrive yesterday and had an appointment to have it mounted yesterday evening with plans to go to the range this AM, only to discover it didn't ship.

I come to this location often to return my Amazon packages. The staff is always helpful and friendly, today 6/26/25 @ 9:50 a.m. I was helped by Stephanie. I could tell she was a bit overwhelmed, working alone and a line growing. But she was so friendly, and apologized to each customer, and was moving quickly, she did such an awesome job. I hope this isn't a normal schedule where one worker does a morning shift alone, I can tell it was stressful, but Stephanie made sure to appear calm, and move quickly, and be professional. Thank you for helping me this morning and being so kind Stephanie!

Staff are always pleasant and helpful, even downright cheerful! I was in and out in mere minutes - just long enough for the young lady and me to agree we liked the song that was playing, even though it was getting too much airplay. Neither of us had heard the live version before my short visit that day. This store is always clean and uncluttered. The is never any fear of vagrants or panhandlers hanging around the door or adjacent sidewalks that you see around other locations.

We brought in 2 boxes of fragile glass items to be progessionally packaged. Paid $700. They bubbled wrapped the boxes, not the items, and put in a huge box. Everything broke. Do not go to this place period. These were family items passed down from generation to generation. Can not be replaced.

I appreciate all the knowledge the people in the store have. They know exactly what they are doing. They are so patient and kind to all of the customers. When it gets busy they quickly do what they need to do to help out the next customer. I enjoy going to our local UPS Store. I have all the confidence in the world with the employees who work at my UPS Store.
