Do NOT go here if you're looking to return items to Amazon or even ship anything out in general. There's a reason the other UPS Store on Division closed (same owner). They don't care about the customers at all.

I wish I could give a zero star to Asian girl. Vanessa was so rude and a lazy. I wish I could upload the screenshot from Amazon. It says that no need to box your return item as the UPS store will do it well she wasn’t gonna do it without a charge, so I’ll just go to Kohl’s from now on, but just some advice nobody likes to work but you got a fake it a little bit act like you wanna be there and act like you care . anyone else having problems with Amazon returns at this location Should report it to Amazon.

To the ladies working tonight, sorry for being under such duress this evening. I APOLOGIZE. Thaaaaaaaaaaaank You to the gal who came from around back to help me & offered a hug after help returning my daughter's dollhouse, I was so proud to have gotten for her for Christmas & hoped to have built by her birthday, when her Dad didn't even acknowledge her. I was so close to having that thing built wjen I realized I wasnt sent the correct hardware to complete that dollhouse. YOU will never know how much I really appreciate you & wished I could have remembered your names. You helped me with an Amazon return & got the label made up for me when I was a hot mess of crying tears.Thannnnnnk you!!!

1/17/24 I went in to ship 3 packages. There was a note taped on the door stating that they would be closing early that date due to weather, but there was no time listed. Their posted hours were open until 7pm. I arrived there at 5:20pm.The door was unlocked when I arrived, and there was a customer at the counter being helped. After I walked inside with my very large packages to ship, I was "greeted" by an associate who informed me that although there was a customer inside and the door was open, they were actually closed. She refused to help me and said I would have to come back another day.I told her that if they were actually closed that they should probably lock the door so more customers don't come in and have their services refused. She stated that the door was locked, it was just broken...All the other businesses in the 5-mile shopping center where this store is located were all open for regular business.Not impressed with the level of service and courtesy I was provided. I will be driving further out of my way to not go back to this location again.

I came in today 1/5/24 & the line was out the door. I'm new to this Amazon return chaos but Amber took the time to show me how to use the kiosk. She was trying to show the crowd how easy it was and I will be using that next visit to avoid the lines. Thanks for great customer service Amber ??

I had amber helping me and she was wonderful they were understaffed and not getting help but she was very nice and was working super hard to make my returns amazing.

She didn't know what she was doing.. this notary said I didn't need the notary form that she could stamp it. Boy was she wrong because the sent back to me ask for the correct form.. I need to get my marriage certificate to my ID ..Washington says that I need it because I was married and nameSo no I not happy with them..That is money I could use . I don't have alot. For the next notary that I have to get...

Let me just start by saying I have done more than my due diligence investigating the proper procedure for Amazon returns at a UPS store. Because UPS is an Amazon partner there should be no reason to make me purchase a box to put the ORIGINAL box that it came to me inside of.I was told that because there is a manufacturer's label on the outside of the box that Amazon would charge them for it or something to that extent.I read all of the shipping and packaging policies for both Amazon and UPS and nowhere does it state that because there is a manufacturer's logo on the outside of the box that it will add an extra charge or not be shipped. This is the box that it was shipped from Amazon by UPS to me in. It even still had some of the original labels on it from when it was shipped.The whole store has been trained to think that if there is a label from the manufacturer on the box that they cannot ship it that way via Amazon return. I went to a different UPS store on North Division and they said I should not have been charged. I called Amazon and they said I should not have been charged. I finally got UPS corporate to take some kind of action to investigate but after reading the reviews I'm not confident that anything will change. It seems they are only interested in making sales and fraudulently selling items to people making Amazon returns. I will not be returning to this store!

Tried to do an Amazon return and they had a do it yourself station. Station was unclear when on Amazon it stated they'd pack it for me. Basically said to just pack it but didn't say which were free or packages you pay for. Tried to ask for clarification but even the person at the desk was unclear. Needs to be more clear if they're going to make us pack our own.

This location will open your packages!!! Looking for high dollar items. Sender beware. Staff looks like they just for out of prison I am much happier using there competition who is fully staffed with no wait time.

I agree with previous review about toxic employee! Been shipping at this location almost daily for my small business going on 3 years and after several incidents with a male employee on the weekend shift, I will never go back! I have had several run ins with him and it’s never been pleasant. He is rude, arrogant and acts like he is above the job. It’s worth the extra 5 mins to drive up the road than to deal with this guy!

I typically do not leave negative reviews for a business, I just do not return. In this case, I will not return, but it might be helpful for the owners to know that there is a very toxic attitude displayed among one of the employees and he may benefit from some coaching. Third time I have gone in to this particular store and seen this, and it was the final straw. I always like to perform the mental exercise of “you don’t know what a person has going on in their lives….” In a case such as mine, I did this the first 2 times, but I believe I have done my due diligence in giving benefit of the doubt.
