This is my favorite and most convenient store. Bummed at the service last couple times I’ve been in. Caitlin is now an assistant manager and is very passive aggressive with customers. It’s disappointing to see that behavior promoted.

Love this store!!! I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences here. Every employee is so kind and hard working! I’m always greeted with a genuine smile. I can only imagine how many demanding customers they deal with daily but I’ve only ever been highly impressed ❤️

A very crappy experience. I went to get a notary but she lady at the desk (assistant manager? Assistant something) informed me they weren't able to do them on weekends which is totally understandable! If it's not open then it just isn't open.
However, she kept on cutting me off when I was speaking, and generally wouldn't let me finish a sentence. Just wait patiently and let people finish a sentence, conversation is a two way street. I didn't care about not getting my chore done, but the lady was pretty rude. I just left and said good day. I won't come back since I can get better service elsewhere.
Please improve your people skills.

I had the pleasure of working with a young lady today by the name of Caitlin. Her attitude and customer service was by far the best I've seen in a looong time. I had to have emails sent to me. I had to have them printed up. I had to have scanned copies sent back. She did all of it for me and she did it really quickly too. I was in and out of there in just a few minutes. I would definitely recommend doing business with this UPS store and I would also recommend that Caitlin get a raise.

Great UPS store. The employees are always so cheerful. Katie helped me sort out an mistake I'd made with an Amazon return. She was really patient and kind about it and resolved it in a timely manner. There's almost always front row parking and the building has an accessible entrance. Sometimes technology and shipping can be tricky and this is definitely my prefird store for shipping related matters because of their great staff.

The ladies at this UPS store helped me tremendously! I can’t thank them enough. First I showed up with 20 + items to return probably not 20 minutes before closing. And I wasn’t prepared. I needed help big time. They didn’t just help me, they stayed 45 minutes after closing pretty much doing everything. While keeping a good attitude and making me not feel as terrible as I should’ve. It was the last day for me to return a lot of items and they made sure we got that done! Other people that showed up 1/2 hr after they were already closed weren’t very happy. The girls working were as polite as possible while I think one lady in particular was pretty rude.
I am very thankful and lucky they were willing to help me. And I won’t ever put them in that situation again. They wouldn’t have been wrong to say I needed to come back more prepared. Extremely thankful.. when I go to any business and try to open the door and it’s locked. I look usually right on the front door for the store hours. If I’m a minute after closing I’m not going to complain about them not opening up for me. This lady showed up a half hour after closing expecting them to help. I think she must be used to getting her way all the time because that’s not how it works. I’ve been on her side plenty of times, I don’t get offended. Once again thank u young ladies for your kindness while helping me. I promise I won’t do that again

Shout out to an employee named Spring, who found my daughter's long lost driver's license somewhere in this store, and took the time and effort to mail it to us with a sweet note instead of just tossing it away or leaving it for someone with bad intentions to find. In this day and age, when too many people feel the need to post negative reviews and tear people and businesses down, I much prefer to draw attention to the good in others. Thank you Spring for being a good person, your store is lucky to have you as an employee!
