Very bad experience. I cashed my check today. No problem there. When I went to get my change exchanged. The guy was rude and said I can't do that. I don't have enough help. And you have to much change Which I didn't. The people that could of helped were just standing around talking. Not doing nothing. I told you are a bank. Your supposed to help me. He made no comment. They sent me to Francis. To go to a coin machine. I didn't go that far They never had a problem with me getting my change exchanged. I don't know what there problem was today. They weren't doing there job.

U.S Bank sucks. U.S Bank is the most greediest bank that I have ever dealt with & I regret having anything to do with them. Credit Unions, go with a Credit Union.

Been banking with us bank for 15+ years. Went to cash my paycheck and was told I HAD to deposit and couldn't have cash because my employer banks with a different bank? Wouldn't even let me pull out cash, was told I had to pay for a check to pay my rent??? If it is my money, I should be able to access it when I need. And since when can I not cash my paycheck and get cash back???? I have NEVER had to deposit my check unless I wanted. Going in tomorrow to pull out my rent and I better not get told I cant have cash, otherwise I AM 100000% DONE because that is unlawful and very wrong!

There was only one guy working there and a customer at counter chatting with him while there was 3 people in line not happy to be waiting so I ended up leaving to go to another branch. Also Drive though or ATM wasn’t open either. Where did everyone hide?

I gave Jason at the N Division branch $250 to open a savings account on 09/01/23, received an acknowledgement the same day and as of 10/18 no savings account has been opened and they won't return my money.Been lied to by numerous reps and filed complaints with the CFPB in D.C. and the Office of the Comptroller.My deposit was stolen so today moving to Spokane Teachers Credit Union

Terrible customer service. They don’t give accurate information and don’t actually want to help new customers. Was lied to about how long my check would be held for multiple times in branch and from the call center. Will never bank here again!
