Easy cash withdrawal from Bank teller. Ensure you have your bank account number and ID. They have been excellent to work with regarding my small business. They provide a small business representative who has been responsive and knowledgeable.

The teller Nancy took .my check. Deposited into the wrong account and I was not able to get access to my money over 24 hours causing me over 200 dollar in late fees for my bills and all I got was an I'm sorry there is nothing we can do about it. And then she hung up on me! I should of read the reviews and before banking with them. I got 200 dollars in fees and an I'm sorry for a mistake made by them! I'm 200 dollsr out! For trusting to bank with them.

As a banker I understand that sometimes there could be cash shortage at the ATM, as a customer, I am very dissatisfied that there was no money. A whole hour wasted for nothing… I came to ATM to withdraw some money and it only gave me an option to deposit. I couldn’t get any money. Really pathetic

I’ve banked with US Bank since 2004 when I worked there. I have all my financials with US Bank. Since Covid they have closed several locations on the north side of Spokane, so my options are Indian and N Division. I was in last week to deposit money at the Indian branch and required to show ID for a deposit, which is weird, but told because it was a certain amount I had to put through the drive through. When I asked about a the policy I was cut off, by the teller. I called shortly after and it was the manager that did my deposit. The customer service was awful. When I worked there we actually helped customers. We will be transferring banks because this wasn’t the first issue we’ve had in the last year. People just don’t care anymore ??

??? Always a pleasant experience! The bank tellers are always pleasant, helpful and very professional with a welcoming smile on their face and are willing to help any way they can!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars. I was just PENALIZED $75 for paying my loan off too early! I am 50 yrs old, have had many loans with many different banks and credit unions, always paying them off early and have NEVER experienced this type of treatment in my life! I hope they go bankrupt.
