After 20 years of banking with US bank I chose to close my account today Due to the rude manner and unprofessional behavior of the branch manager (Lori) at the Lincoln heights branch on 29th Ave Spokane WA. The branch manager (I did not know she was at the time) proceeded to roll her eyes and shake her head at me as if disgusted, using a demeaning tone, because I choose not to do online banking, nor do I have a screen lock on my phone! It is extremely rude to treat a costumer like they are stupid for choosing to not do online banking. Nor is it any of there business in how I chose to do my banking or whether or not I have a screen lock on my phone.she then refused to help provide a solution as to my banking issue and I had to set up an appointment to come in the next day. With someone else. Only for her to be the one to fix the banks error today. Something she could have done yesterday but refused!

All US bank branches are great to me, but this location with Greg makes them stand out from the rest. He always goes over the top for me, super communicative with me about the change in hours or any changes really with them. And is patient with me when I have multiple deposits. Thanks US Bank and Greg for making my trip easy.

I recently ran into a scam and it entirely flipped my world. I had no idea what to do and this branch especially helped me through it all and made me feel understood and heard and helped me back on my feet. 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Location has limited hrs. Closes early on Fridays. No help with debit card issues. Only Call the personal banker online.

Absolutely the worst bank to do anything with. They are rude and very slow in there transaction time. I have had multiple bad experiences here as well as friends and family at this exact location. I’m done with it thanks for making my life difficult I will no longer come to your location again.
