Made a pym on my master card with cash through u.s bank at the this u.s bank. I asked if I could buy a roll of quarters while I was there & this guy told me that he cannot sell me a roll of quarters because I do not have an account there. These people are a damn joke what a bunch of BS. They have no damn problem taking my money but then don't have any respect for that. I guarantee now though that I would never open an account at u.s bank after that. I do have a bank just not with u.s bank. Just wanted to get a roll of quarters while I was there.

I have a checking and savings with US bank on N. Division. I deposited a 600 check from my retirement via the drive through thinking I would get the 225.00 until the check cleared .I checked my account an hour or so later and 225.00 had been made available I made a purchase and checked my account the next morning and the 225.00 ( of MY money ) had been taken back out of my account and I was now 87.29 over drafted . I’m not kidding , you can’t make this stuff up. I’ve banked for over 40 years and have NEVER experienced anything like this . Now there is a 7 day hold on my little 600.00 check . AND I get none of it until then Ha! What a joke . I can not wait to personally go into the bank when the 7 day hold is up , withdraw my money close my accounts and bank somewhere else . Beware this bank is so petty , paranoid , and obviously not doing well or it wouldn’t be so desperately holding little bits of money for 7 days . Also don’t bother speaking to a bank Supervisor…. None of them can do anything. I am going to report this bank to the BBB over making MY money available to me then taking it back .

I have visited this branch several times to help my minor children open/change accounts. We recently stopped by and needed help with something similar. Michaela was the kindest and most professional banker I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with at US Bank. She greeted my son and I immediately and was very engaging during our time there. She made this a 5 star experience. Hard to find genuinely nice people anymore but Michaela is one of the few. Thank you!

I gave 3 stars because Meagan ballue was spectacular, we had to come in multiple times and get paperwork and she was funny and sweet and so very patient. On the flip side, Hannah Endyke was the polar opposite; rude, insensitive and impatient, barely cracked a smile and treated us like we weren't worth her time. Next time we have business to conduct, we'll wait for Meagan or literally anyone else other than Hannah.

Fast and safe service and the staff is kind.. I feel confident with them when I manage my banking operations. I only have one note, please work to fix it. I’ve banked with USbank for years and have had no issues. However, this branch’s ATM shorted me $50 on one of my cash withdrawals despite taking the full amount out of my account. I spoke with 3 different people at this branch trying to resolve the issue and reclaim my money. Nobody would help me after stating my claim was denied and offering no further explanation. It has been almost 3 weeks since the incorrect ATM withdrawal and I still don’t have my money back. What should have been an easy fix has turned into USBank stealing $50 from me and nobody at this branch doing anything to help. I am now working with their corporate offices to try and resolve this issue. My experience at this bank has been frustrating enough that when my claim finally gets resolved to my satisfaction, I will be taking my business elsewhere. ATM malfunctions happen! But not helping me recover my money is inexcusable.
