Terrible customer service. They don’t give accurate information and don’t actually want to help new customers. Was lied to about how long my check would be held for multiple times in branch and from the call center. Will never bank here again!

I can't and won't say much on US Bank themselves, but I will give a BIG thank you to Caitlin S, the Social Media Ambassador of US Bank (⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐). She was extremely helpful, very kind, validated and actually addressed our concerns, and went out of her way to look for solutions to get my wife's money back. Thank you very much, Caitlin. Hopefully this gets resolved soon.

The worst bank by far that I have ever delt with. I started my mortgage refinance in December. It is still not complete in April. I had a young man begin my refinace and it was a CLUSTER from the beginning. Absolutely no organization or communication. I have called the bank many times through this process and nobody knows whats going on. I will get my mortgage paid off and never use this bank again.

poor customer service! There wasnt a lot of people in but the guy that was supposed to help wotj new accounts choose to help the teller instead! He saw that i was waiting but he helped 3 more before me! he obviously didnt care!

We Love the downtown US bank . Samuel is my husbands go to guy . They have helped us so many times it is a bit embarrassing . We love the people of Spokane and appreciate everything .

Why is there only one teller at the main US Bank location in Spokane? No personal bankers in sight. Long wait to enter my safe deposit box that I pay a lot to "rent". What happened to customer service? Is this now the new norm? I hate it. They said I should make an appointment. I just urgently need one piece of paper out of that box.

Truly horrible banking experience. There is nothing good to say. Every single interaction is unpleasant and almost deliberately so. This bank needs to fail!
