I’ve banked with US Bank since 2004 when I worked there. I have all my financials with US Bank. Since Covid they have closed several locations on the north side of Spokane, so my options are Indian and N Division. I was in last week to deposit money at the Indian branch and required to show ID for a deposit, which is weird, but told because it was a certain amount I had to put through the drive through. When I asked about a the policy I was cut off, by the teller. I called shortly after and it was the manager that did my deposit. The customer service was awful. When I worked there we actually helped customers. We will be transferring banks because this wasn’t the first issue we’ve had in the last year. People just don’t care anymore ??

??? Always a pleasant experience! The bank tellers are always pleasant, helpful and very professional with a welcoming smile on their face and are willing to help any way they can!

BEFORE COVID-19 this place gave good customer service. But like so many business's COVID has destroyed the caring customer service I was used to. Nobody seems to care anymore.

Today I went there to do some deposit for the tips I made from work throughout the year, the complaining and the judgmental looks I gotten. Only if dollar bills could speak!!!

Doesn’t deposit coins into your account unless they’ve all been rolled? This is literally the only branch I’ve seen that denies depositing coins into your account.

I have been with this bank for 7+ years and this branch has the most unwelcoming staff, the least helpful and worst customer service I receive anywhere I go. It’s a dread to even go do something as simple as deposit a check. The employees are rude. If this is the way you treat your customers maybe I should change banks. Super disappointing

The manager is the worst. Claiming to have told me to shut the truck off and that it was hard to hear. I couldn't even understand what she was saying to begin with. Miscommunication must be her strength I guess...

7 cars deep in the drive-thru and 1 teller. Hours changed to 9:30-4pm. Notice says "Same Great Service" NOT EVEN CLOSE.

Sheesh - is there any way to give them a 0 star? Went in to close a card acct and open a new one. Waited in line about 10 minutes, OK, when the teller heard what we needed, she said we'd need a banker for that and to have a seat at the desk on the side. Forty minutes passed and not a single person spoke to us. Two men came in and sat at a different desk, similar to the one we were at, and chatted. In fact, in all that time, with 3 tellers, only one person completed a transaction and left. Two of the tellers were still helping the same people as when we came in. Left and drove to the NorthTown branch and we were in and out in 15 minutes. And on the website, there is no way to contact them by email with out an account. Like I'd ever consider that now! What a waste of time!
