This branch is a joke. Do not go here if you can avoid it. I have waited over 30 minutes before I just had to eventually leave because not one person moved because the lady wanted to let someone open a new account when she was the only teller open and had 5 people in line. Unbelievable. I have also had the tellers just close their station and walk off when there are 5+people waiting. Terrible service. Do not go here if you can avoid it.

I left a review maybe a month ago. Mobile Deposit still inactive on my mobile app & manager at the Safeway location told me she would look into it & that was 4 weeks ago.Mobile deposit has been deactivated since April 2021Absolutely Disgusted.

Super unhappy with customer service support from Megan. She was actually just promoted to a CSC3. Unwise. Super unhappy with accessibility on us bank mobile app and communication between branches. My mobile deposit has been off since April 2021.

Want there to cash a large check from lithia jeep as I sold it to them. Now I lost more money on the sell of the vehicle. This is a very poor bank with very poor policy's. I will be asking lithia jeep to refund me the fees as they choose to work with this bank. Megan was the one who helped my wife and had her pay to cash a check. That is what a bank is. A place to exchange checks for cash. Please note if you have a account here if you write a check they will want there cut.

I went there today to cash a check the person who wrote me the check had an account there and is actually a very wealthy person they pretty much treated me like I was a thief trying to steal money from someone and when they called the person who's account it was to verify it they were completely rude to them talk to them like they were stupid it was the worst bank experience I've ever had in my life I will never return here and I don't wish it on anybody worst customer service ever

Day 4. Still waiting on a call back from the manager regarding an erroneous fee. They don’t care about you, they just want your money and then they want to chip away at that money by charging hidden fees, even though they said they would be waived when certain criteria is met when you sign up your account.

Told me no way they could help me with an issue to call 1-800#. Called Division Branch, they helped me immediately. Not the first customer service failure. I only go there because it's convenient.

This has been the branch i have used for sometime now. I usually go straight to the branch manager Cara for everything, she has help me with my credit cards, car loan, and the knowledge she has is super. No complaints from me on the outstanding Customer Service she has demonstrated. If you get a chance and just need questions answered stop by this branch ask for Cara i am certain she will do her best to assist you.

Good spot, after opening an account the lady who helped me continued to call just to make sure I was happy with everything and if I had any questions. Great customer service.

I spoke to the supervisor or some height level in charge person in there. He did not help me at all. I refered and wanted them to call me on Monday . But he insisted that I have to call in. I am thinking about changing my Bank next couple week . Thanks for not helping .
