I had some packages to drop off 10 minutes before closing time. I was greeted by the friendliest USPS employee I have ever had the pleasure of encountering. His attitude genuinely lifted my spirits and made my day better. Thank you!

Had my mail on hold initially & then cancelled the hold as we didn’t leave town as hoped. Both hold mail & cancel the hold received in email from post office. We’ve visited our postal location on 2 occasions & have been told there is nothing there to pick up. Where does it go???? There is no way there’s been nothing delivered & I know we always
Get something! I’m betting it shows up on our initial hold mail date to resume. Makes me not want to use the hold option. It apparently doesn’t always work for you.

There’s maybe one respectable worker, but everyone else is super hostile and makes me feel mad uncomfortable when I bring in packages. The dude with glasses who looks like Stevo, is the WORST, I haven’t came back due to the fact that he still works there.

The guy who was helping me was so rude to me. It was my first time selling and shipping items and he talked to me like I was stupid. He acted like it was end of the world having to print off the shipping labels. He then threw my package across the room like a frisbee into the their bin. Reading all the other reviews everyone else seems to have similar encounters with him. For someone who works in customer service like myself that is not how you talk to people while you’re in a customer service position.

The clerk was rude and did not want to do his job. The same exactly service he had done twice already, now he suddenly decided he can’t do it anymore. Sent me to another post office located 30 minutes from here, just didn’t care at all. I am sure he could do it at this location as he had done in the past.

I've frequented this post office 6 days a week for the past 14 months. Running an online retail store, I drop off hundreds of items each week, and in spite of the volume of work I drop on them day after day, they always greet me jovially.
I don't post many reviews, but this establishment and every one of its staff deserve recognition for the work that they do. The dry humor and sarcasm I've encountered there has been a dependable source of entertainment.
If you're ever passing through, pop in and tell them you have a trunk full of packages to drop off for The Twisted Lily!

John was terribly rude to me. I brought a package with a pre-paid label and asked to ship it. He begins using a glue stick to attach the label to a waterproof bubble mailer and it clearly isn’t sticking. I asked for a piece of tape and he says “we don’t provide tape.” I then asked if I could have it back to go add my own tape and he proceeds to put a few stickers that also are peeling and takes the package.

DO NOT GO HERE. They do not want to help you and will actively belittle you if you don’t go out of your way to make THEIR lives easy. Hostile employees, terrible service.My brother tried to return a package at this location, and the clerk was insufferable. My brother printed out the return slip but didn’t know if USPS would use it to print their own label or if they would just tape the printed label on, so he didn’t tape it. The clerk (John, I believe) said “well if you’re too lazy to tape it on yourself I’d just go to UPS”.Just go to UPS, I guess. At least they won’t belittle you for not knowing the details of the postal system.
