The amount of times I have to change my work schedule to get access to my P.O. Box is insane. I have asked multiple times if I can get my box’s lock fixed, nothing changes, and they keep blaming it on me. That is outrageous.

I’ll go out of my way to use this specific post office, the staff is always so kind and accommodating! I’ve been so many times and have never had a bad experience, even during holiday rush stress and when there’s a long line

Not sure why my mail is left out in the rain instead of in my mailbox! Love it when letters from my loved ones show up with the ink bled through the whole thing

I recently moved into a new house and some of my packages were failing to deliver and were sent to the office for pick up. I later found out it was because the previous owners moved the mailbox without permission and so my mail and packages weren't being delivered.
The way how I found this out was very rude in my opinion, first I had a guy tell me in a rude tone that I had to move my mailbox back. I had no clue what he was talking about but just kept repeating that I had to move my box back and that I couldn't move it without permission. I was still very confused on what he was saying. Eventually he said that the mail box used to be on fence where is it now and I replied that it was by the front door.
I said that the house came like that even before we bought it and I had no idea that the mailbox was moved. He then said oh ok just move back onto the fence and we'll continue delivering your mail and left.
He didn't apologize for being rude or even said a simple sorry over the mistake. The lady that did help me out apologized for him but she didn't have too.
I did go home and looked at my mailbox to see if I can move it back onto the fence but it's bolted to the wall and due to weather we didn't want our mail to be damaged. We figured it be best to see if we can just keep it on the wall (we are going to move it the fence but we like convence of it being by the door)
I decided to give a call and see what I could about it being moved and see what the proper steps I needed to take to do that. I then received a call by somebody and I explained the situation. Later he told me that I should just move it to the fence and then I would start receiving my mail.
I understand that and explained that I found it more convenient that it's by the door considering the weather and as well the concerns I had about it being damaged. He later told me a po box will be best, but I don't want one. I rather my mail be mailed to me directly. We go back and forth a bit about my situation and keeps suggesting a po box.
I grew rather frustrated because I didn't want to do that and eventually I just let him know that'll just contact the postmaster about my mailbox situation and in the meantime the mailbox will be moved back onto the fence.
To be honest my main issue is the tone and rudeness that I was received during in person and on the call. I feel like he could have been more nicer in explained things and as well quite suggesting over and over again about a po box. The guy I spoke to at the office could have at least apologized about the mistake he made before getting rude towards me thinking I was the one who moved the mailbox.
Overall they just need to work on there customer service skills and as someone who used to work for customer service, this interaction would have gotten me in trouble with my employer.

I prepared my package and went to the post office on December 16th to mail my package to Everett Washington. The estimated delivery date was December 19th. I went in to the post office on Crestline in Spokane Washington on December 24th at 10:30 a.m. The amazing clerk, she gets 5 stars for helping me, that I spoke to went to a different computer and pulled up the tracking and actually printed it. My package sat in Federal Way Washington for 5 DAYS, yes 5 DAYS. My package was finally sent from Federal Way to Everett Washington on December 24th. So my Christmas package was late and delivered on December 26th. I was very disappointed in the service delivery and you ruined Christmas from myself and my family. I am very disappointed. I will have to mail future packages in October with the hope it will make it by Christmas.

At least 3 to 4 times each month no one checks the mailbox. I have bills that need to be picked up and there are days no one even walks down the street to check the box. We have no dogs on our block so that's not an excuse....they are just lazy

Omg, I keep getting my neighbors mail, I try calling a lot and NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE PHONE!!! It’s so irritating and I’m sick of getting my neighbors mail. The link that the stupid automated voice sends to report the mail carrier doesn’t work. I can’t EVER get ahold of anyone at USPS. Fix yourself
