Incompetent and rude when you have to follow up on their mistakes. They've yet to deliver a package properly to me. I've received plenty of packages from the other major services without issue.

All my interactions at the S. Regal Post Office have been great. No matter who is helping me, the person always goes out of their way to help me. My wife has had the same interactions as well.

I am a regular at this post office since I have a small business. Today, I forgot my phone with my customers' addresses. I didn't notice until I had grabbed some of the envelopes and took them into the lobby. When I noticed my phone was missing, I put the envelopes back and went out to my car, intending to return with my phone. Somebody who must be blind thought I stole envelopes, even though any sensible person with working eyes could have seen all I had in my hands were my purse and my products which look nothing like a stack of envelopes (and my purse is far too small to store those huge envelopes). Danica came chasing me out like I was a common thief to check that I hadn't stolen anything. I do not appreciate being treated like a criminal for what would have been about $5 worth of envelopes. I will not be returning to this post office.

Regularly get mail for same address but other streets. Mail that I'm expecting not arriving and have to have mail reissued, probably gets delivered to another house. Get notes in mail box that says sorry we missed you on packages even though one of my roommates is home everyday.

Overall, a 5-star experience. The change in management has brought about a noticeable improvement in every aspect of the store. The staff is now more attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly than ever before.

If I could give a lower rating I would. I have had good experiences with the actual location, but my delivery person is worse than terrible. She does not deliver my mail if there is some snow, road construction, etc. Even though EVERY major delivery company gets their job done, this person makes every excuse not to. She seems grumpy to have to get out of her vehicle and deliver anything. I have been told that it is hard to get rid of a delivery person due to union issues, etc. I am going to complain in every way possible until this person is terminated or finds another route. I rely heavily on the USPS for my business. They are not getting the job done.
