I run a small jewelry business out of my home, and this is the nearest USPS to me. We are usually in once or twice a week. We always have the same mailers, same labels, and same writing. Our packaging never changes. Every time we have gone in the past it has been very easy, we hand over our package, they are fully able to scan it (every time) and they give us our receipt. Today however, Chis helped us, and the second we handed over our packages we got nothing but attitude. Before even trying anything he told us it wouldn’t work because our labels were “too small” (never been a problem at this location before) and that they would ban our account for it. He barely tried to scan and continued to argue with us while we were trying to explain that at that exact same location we had never had a problem scanning the EXACT SAME labels. He got red in the face, talked to us like children, actively walked away from us while holding OUR PACKAGES after asking for them back. Then he typed in a tracking number (tried once) and said it wasn’t a real tracking number, but we work through Etsy. That isn’t possible. We will not be continuing using this facility for shipment. Absolutely unprofessional. Said “do you understand the words coming out of my mouth” as if we were toddlers. I’ve never had such horrendous service from anyone in my life. If you are a local business looking for a place to send out orders, this IS NOT IT!!!

Worst customer service EVER, ANYWHERE... Have had to deal with this particular office/people on several occasions and they never fail to be absolutely rude and unhelpful. Instead of trying to help solve a problem, they want to make excuses... Am sorry for everyone who has to deal with them.

I have lived in the vicinity of this office for almost 5 years. I cant explain how much of an issue it has been working with them. They absolutely will not deliver to your door, I've called and asked why and the reason is because the mail man can't walk up stairs.Today I went to personally hand over mail at this location and the man who helped me was really rude. There was no reason for how rude he was. I wanted to make sure my package was delivered safely and I can't believe that it was. I just hope that this location trys to do better. I've never dealt with such inconsistency, and I'm very upset. As a mail man you should be knocking on my door when I have something to be signed for. It is wrong to leave a slip in my mail box that says they tried to get ahold of me because they didn't. This issue needs to be fixed.

Its Rather frustrating when you cant get your package out of the cluster box. Because the key doesn't work. Called the post office and the gentlemen said it would get fixed but still hasn't because this has been an on going issues.

Why is it so hard to get mailed to our house? We have had nothing but problems for several years and still having issues. We've called and even went into the office and still the issue hasn't been resolved! I understand that there are new mailmen and women who are new, but if you don't train them on the actual route they are going to do then they won't get mailed delivered to right the right address.

I ordered a package online and it was accidentally shipped to an old address. I was able to call this USPS directly and was connected to an employee immediately! Rarely these days can you actually talk to a live person right away.I asked if they could hold the package and they were able to catch it right before it went on the delivery truck to be out for delivery. My husband was able to pick up the package on my behalf. I really appreciate what the employee did for me, thank you!

If there was an option for 0 stars, that would be the only choice for this post office. Had to go pick up a package here for my wife that has been sitting at the post office for weeks without an attempt at delivery. This morning they forwarded my contacts (i.e. an important package) to Newman Lake, so now I have to drive an hour and a half round trip just to get my package. They’ve lost one of my contacts packages before and couldn’t tell me anything about where it might be so I then had to wait weeks for another shipment. Absolute garbage. This dumpster fire of a business needs some serious help.

Yeah, so, I'm thinking a postal inspection is due, here. Either severe delinquency or theft is occurring. I send stuff to my family and they don't get what is sent.
If an inspector can't do anything, then our mail system is completely shattered.
