Inside the Rosauer's grocery store next to the service desk. No line and nice staff, I was in and out in a jiffy.

Terrible experience here. Waited at the desk for quite some time before any of the clerks noticed me. Even though they were just 2 feet away, but they were socializing with each other. Then, I needed a piece of tape, they didn't have any they said, but I could see they did. So I had to go buy a whole roll from the store. Came back. Then asked some questions and they did not know the answers! I'm talking basic US PS questions, it was very strange.

I came there-3 mins from my house- to deliver my package 5.8 lbs. I came in the morning to check the price before making my decision, the lady told me $13 to send to the address I wanted. I came home to wrap it and came back, the guy told me it is $15. I asked why I was here and got a differrent quote now you told me differrent one. He told me "do you want to send it or take it home?". Opps! I sent it anyway since I didnt want to deal with his rudeness. But it didn't stop there. They didnt offer label as usual!!!! The guy told me "write the address". I looked for labels the one you can find them up front but they didnt have it. I had to write by regular pen outside the box. After all, I dont know because this USPS location is located in Rosauers Shopping so their employees are not trained to do the jobs or they just do not like to work with people at all. I would rather go to the real USPS location where they might know their job better or where I have had a better experience.
