So helpful! I ordered baby chicks to be delivered by priority mail. When the box arrived at this distribution hub, I called and asked if I could pick them up rather than wait for them to get to my local carrier office. They were very glad to oblige and it was easy to come get my little chicks. Thank you!

Fantastic people working at this location. They dropped everything to help me when I thought my package was lost, answered every time, and were very helpful. Please call customer service and your local post office first, but they'll do everything they can if something truly goes wrong with your package.
