In the middle of my transactions I was notified that they closed from noon to 1pn, so I could pay for the 2 items she got postage on... but I had to come back after 1pm to mail my 3rd item! Never heard of such horrible customer service! 😕

This location is great. I accidentally dropped off a UPS package this week (in a bundle of USPS packages) and they made a handoff with UPS to have it delivered. Above and beyond when they didn't have to do it, thank you!!

We have been coming to the Rosewood Station for almost 20 years. Staff is and has always been friendly and very helpful. The facility is and has always been clean and safe. We are very thankful for this post office station and staff!

Updating my review here because it’s been almost a year and this place has gotten better. Staff is now much nicer and helpful instead of being snappy and belittling. Hope to see it continue to improve!

Iv been really bad at collecting my mail. I live at the center court apts and man…someone get this guy a raise or award or something. The guy with the tattoo on his leg. Seriously. Has saved my ass multiple times when iv lost my mailbox key and have important things coming. And I know he doesn’t have to do that. ??

I live on North Coursier Rd 99208 by Barnes road and Indian trail. Your post people keep leaving my expensive packages in the wrong mailbox or by the wrong door. Either they're blind or they're doing it on purpose. Happens all the time. Please put your workers in check. Thank you.

So greatful the associates at this location aren't as rude as the associates at the Garland location. No issues, no lines, and they don't make you feel like you've just cursed their firstborn child for simply trying to send out a package. Maybe the associates here should train the associates at the other location because they sure could use the help.

I had a package that our mail carrier tried to deliver, but the name on the delivery was my maiden name. USPS was going to send it back to the sender (which was in NJ), so I quickly called every USPS in town to find which one had my package.I got in touch with Angela at this location and she was amazing! She asked for the tracking number and realized the mail carrier was still in the building. She put me on hold, ran to get the package, and held onto it for me until I could swing by this location.I wanted to write a positive review and give a shoutout to all of the USPS workers, as this is a crazy time of year. THANK YOU GUYS FOR ALL OF YOUR HARD WORK! <3
