If you want nails from TEMU this is the place to go!!! I wish I could give zero stars.
I had one of the worst experiences ever at VENUS NAILS. I came in with a specific design and style in mind, but from the moment I started explaining what I wanted, the staff acted visibly annoyed and dismissive. The blonde Chinese man who did my nails completely ignored my requests, gave me something I didn’t ask for, and then tried to act like he knew better.
To make matters worse, while doing my nails, he and the other staff members openly spoke about me in Chinese — right in front of my face. It was extremely rude and unprofessional.
I got hard gel, and guess what? It popped off THE NEXT DAY. Less than 24 hours later. That’s absolutely unacceptable for what I paid.($65) When I called the salon to ask for a refund, they flat-out refused. I asked for the owner's contact info, and the man who did my nails lied to me, saying the owner would call me back. Of course, no one ever called.
This place is unprofessional, disrespectful, and dishonest. Save your money and your sanity — do NOT go to VENUS NAILS.

I had another pedicure today with the wonderful woman, Sunny. She is the soul of Grace and quiet expertise as she so caringly plies her skills! When Sunny works with you, you feel like you are her
only customer of that day, she centers her attention on you so kindly.
I also deeply appreciate Hop, another expert pedicurist who works with similar competence and warmth. These women and the other staff give their all to the service they provide us, and I am so impressed and appreciative! I will always go there for my pedicures and any manicures!

Vida did an excellent job, he took the time to shape my nails exactly how I wanted. I am very happy with my nails, the color is perfect!

I've been so unhappy with my last couple of pedicures. I felt like they were pressing just a little too hard because they couldn't upsell me. One guy actually made my big toenail bleed! Yocelyn was gentle, efficient and thorough. I'm happy with their choice of colors and I really appreciated not being pressured. I will be back.

Sunni does the best designs!! I always schedule my appointments for Mondays because there’s no bad day she can’t fix! Love this shop. Warm, friendly and good prices with excellent work!! Been going here close to six years now and have never been disappointed!

Awesome salon! Pedicure with Lily was amazing. Vu did a fantastic job on my nails and picked out the color I wanted perfectly! And Sunny did my wax and gave me the most awesome facial massage! I highly recommend this salon.

I wish I knew the name of the gal that did my nails and pedicure today! She did a great job!! I liked that it was the same person doing both services!! The salon seemed to be busy, but they got me right in with short notice. Great customer service by all staff!! Thank you! Highly recommended! All though I live near Medical Lake, I will make the trip to the South Hill!!

Just got my nails done here after a bad experience somewhere else and they gave me a new set that I absolutely love. They took their time and gave me exactly what I wanted. Definitely worth it and I’ll be coming back 😌

Vu is a very good aesthetician! He’s very particular and pays very specific attention to detail! I’ve been going to for years and never been disappointed. His wife is also lovely and does a great job!
