If I could leave -10 stars I would!! Came in yesterday which was Father’s Day, mind you, to get my husband a new phone and potentially myself. Was told with great confidence that the best option would be to upgrade our grandfathered plan to a new plan so that we could use the promotion for my line and basically add a 4th line for free, then we would be able to use the promotional discount to get 1200 off of my new phone and my husband could trade his in for a credit as well so it would ultimately be around $20-$30 additional per month. We go through the process and BENJAMIN tells me that I need to pay off the past due balance on my account.. okay, fine… fair enough. Come to find out the promotion he claimed to be offering wasn’t working. He added and disconnected a 4th line 3x before finally letting me know it wasn’t going to be working meanwhile he had me pay off the remaining $222 dollars on my old phone, which I gladly did. & accidentally charged me $467.99 plus the $222. This man not only charged the past due but also the rest of the bill which wasn’t due until 6/22. He then said I would have to pay an additional $315 for the phones and then blamed the system for charging me the full bill. He took absolutely no accountability, never said sorry one single time and told me that sometimes things just don’t work out and I could basically call tomorrow when the customer service line opens up. I asked for a printout of what he charged and apparently the printer was broken. Asked for a pdf of the charges to be emailed and he said to open my app. We spent over 3.5 hours of Father’s Day there for him to basically have me pay off balances that were not yet due and leave without our new phones, and absolutely ruined this special day for us. He took no accountability and showed no remorse. Just blamed the system and made excuses and empty promises. Also mislead us charging us for things before disclosing there would be even more fees and then saying he could not refund us. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!! Go anywhere else. Also want to say the other employees were amazing.. very kind, empathetic and tried to be as helpful as they possibly could.

I was very happy with the Verizon employee who helped me at this location. He was warm, friendly and went above and beyond to make my experience great. I only wish I’d left T-Mobile sooner!

I stopped at Verizon the other day, and Keenan helped me with getting a new phone. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He worked with my budget to get me the perfect phone that I can afford. Thank you again!! I'll definitely be back!

Had a fantastic experience today with Amber and the redheaded, bearded gentleman that were in the store earlier today I had a multitude of things that I needed to get done and she was extremely professional and smart and knew exactly what to do and did it quickly and professionally. We had some great conversation, and I was extremely happy with the customer service. I would say they went above and beyond.

Amber and the redheaded guy with the beard were fantastic. They were smart and OnPoint and knew what they were doing and helped me do a multitude of things that I needed to get done. They were both friendly and professional and Amber knew exactly how to do the job 1010 recommend had a great experience hand a couple laughs along the way. Really appreciate that level of customer service.

Jlab earbuds, purchased 12/21/22 did not work correctly. When returned to the Victra/Verizon store (Riverpark Square) on 1/23/23, the surley clerk (mgr) said "there's nothing we can do." "Send 'em back to Jlab." Very poor customer relations. I've been a Verizon customer for 17 years. Not much longer!

at first experience was good in store later found out by corporate (direct words from customer care supervisor) I should have never went to that store to begin with, so back in July did upgrade with promotional trade in and found our they processed it incorrectly and 4 month later there system auto corrected it and pulled $650 out on my bank account with no warning to me even though it was there employee that made the mistake was told it should never have taken that long to correct its self but there was nothing they could do

I was very nervous about upgrading my phone, due to previous problems. Felicia was very patient, kind and very thorough. I am very pleased with the service and the whole experience while working with Felicia. I highly recommend her for any of your Verizon needs as she made my whole experience a breeze! Victors Verizon in Spokane Washington, inside the Mall.. was a great store, nice employees. Amber helped us from beginning to end. Got a new phone, new IPad and set up on our own account. Been on another’s account for years. We highly recommend this store. Amber was wonderful.
