Jayvon was awesome! I came in to resolve an issue with figuring out how to move my service from Xfinity to Verizon and had a great time chatting with him and ended up leaving with a great new phone. He is so personable, friendly, kind,witty, and tech savvy. I had a great experience!

Been over changing me for 18 months now, every time I try to revolve it they try and tell me they are not. My Verizon rep confirmed they have been, they signed me up for an internet promotion for 29.99, I still have the documentation for the promo, but they have charged me over $100 a month instead. Verizon won’t do anything about it, neither will this location. Going to be filling complaint with the bbb and taking legal action at this point. Everything is documented, never shop here

My phone was giving me serious issues and being frozen and no matter what I did I couldn't fix it. I ran in hoping i didn't have to get a new phone. Amber was super sweet and respectful and fixed my phone problem within seconds. I swear she has the magic touch. Would recommend!!

The employee that helped me was very skilled and knowledgeable about transferring data and setting up my new phone. As this was a replacement phone for one that had been damaged, he also assisted me with clearing all data from the old phone and insured I was clear on how to proceed with sending the phone to the insurer. I had no waiting time for initial assistance and he kept me updated on progress as the data transfer was made. All in all my experiences at this store have been very positive.

They caused an employee at an unaffiliated repair shop to get yelled at by a customer because they failed to warn the customer their Verizon Extended Warranty plan is only applicable through a Claim at a UBIF (uBreakiFix) - that the nearest location is in Seattle. So they sent a customer to a Cell Phone Repair shop knowing their warranty would be voided through Verizon. Repairs do not void the warranty on any device. Except the warranty through Verizon. The VEW is a scam in Spokane.

Went to seek help on activating new phone. Less than warm greeting. No eye contact, sales person seemed annoyed and asked for a 40. Service charge. Very unfriendly. Would not recommend this business. I will shop elsewhere.

I was in this store yesterday for about an hour and a half and heard the same Christmas songs playing over and over again. The customer service and everything else was wonderful but that music....man I feel bad for the employees.
