I mean… it’s a cell phone store. They do a good job with selling phones and plans, but providing any service after the sale? No. You’ll have to go to the website/app labyrinth for that, or play roulette with the first-jobbers at each store until you get someone who knows what’s happening in reality.
I don’t think it’d really be any better with another carrier or Verizon store, though. Just the nature of the game, I guess.

The store was clean and the employees appeared and acted friendly, however I brought my broken 5g home internet modem here for replacement the employee helped me get on the phone to start the replacement and keep in mind this was a 32 minute phone call for which I was on hold for maybe 28 minutes through out besides them asking a few questions. During this ENTIRE time of me uncomfortably sitting in this small cramped store on uncomortable chairs the employee not once let me know i didnt need to be there. When i had my modem at the store for replacement. Made me waste my time sitting there but finally mentions theyll mail me my replacement and i can take my modem home after they order me a new one? Why couldnt you start with "Hi I understand your concerns however these replacements are done solely through the mail and you can do this all at home and dont need to stay here" instead knowingly watched their customer sit for half an hour when they couldve done the appropritate thing and notify the customer. I get the store employees get paid to sit there and do whatever but most people cant just waste 30 minutes for disappointment which this store has gotten a gold star from me for it.

Went into the store to upgrade my partner and I’s phones and was helped by the manager Judah. Judah was absolutely fantastic, very knowledgeable and courteous to all of our needs! I would recommend him and the store 10 times out of 10!

This tiny store is an absolute joke. If I was able to give it a rating of negative stars I certainly would. I have experienced employees laughing at customers who were confused including my wife and refusal from the employee to give us simply their first name.

Made a 4pm appointment and was told I can expected to be helped at 4:50. They have 1 person working the store. Don’t even bother making an appointment as you don’t get any type of priority, just walk in and hope for the best… which will probably be an hour wait
