I went in for new frames. All my questions were answered. My frame associate was cheerful and helped me find frames that complimented my face. She explained all my lens options and what they meant/were best used for. I left feeling confident and very happy with my experience! When I went back to pick up my frames and order new lenses for my sunglasses, she was still happy, cheerful and excited to see them on my face. She helped find the best price. I will continue to recommend them!

I was greeted warmly, and treated very nicely. One of the things I appreciated was being left alone to try on frames, but they periodically checking on me to see if I needed any help... that was really wonderful. They were right there if I needed anything or had questions. Gregory was an absolute joy to work with; thorough and charming throughout the entire process, chomping through the insurance benefits with great confidence and persistence, finding me the best options and price. I am a first-time customer, and would gladly return to do business with VisionWorks again.
