Great customer service. Clean store. However, some prices are confusing; I bought 2 different toothpaste marked down from $5.79 to $3.99 but at the register I paid the full price for both.

They'll let ya make a vaccination appointment, but they won't let you use insurance to get them, unless you have the right insurance... oh and then they won't let you just pay for them either. Useless

There is one particular tech in the pharmacy, who is unnecessarily rude for no reason at all. While she was entering my insurance information in to the system, she proceeded to help another customer and put my info in completely wrong. After trying to tell me that she entered it correctly, I called my insurance rep and watched her changed numbers while speaking to them. I just don’t understand the disconnect she has with customers, but it’s sad and disgraceful. She definitely lacks the ability to properly serve the community in a professional manner.

Would be a zero if allowed. Showed up an hour before closing for a prescription, was told it would be ready before they closed. They closed without having it ready and then we received a text that it was ready after they closed (cleared their que). Came back the following morning at opening and was told they had 30 ahead and it would be 90 minutes. These guys are terrible.

Regan and Geoff took a horrible experience from an online photo order and conversation with corporate and turned it to an amazing experience!! From the very beginning they went above and beyond looking for my order even calling neighboring stores then when it was finally released they worked extra hard to get it completed on time while not once complaining. It's wonderful to see this type of customer service still exists!! Thank you!!

I needed a one-off prescription refill for diabetic glucose sensor, as my home store was out of stock. The pharmacy wench was a complete jerk, as was the store manager. Completely unhelpful. The entire ordeal will have me moving my business to a pharmacy that cares about its customers.

I had my leg amputated a few years ago and needless to say everything‘s harder it is so frustrating when call a place and ask them for something simple but that might be out of the ordinary which I know that they can do but technically they can just say nope I can’t. I’ve worked in customer service I know how to say sorry I can’t do that when I can, but the customer doesn’t know. if they’re being a jerk everybody does it but it’s very frustrating when I’m not being a jerk and just for damn meanness they play dumb or take an extra long amount of time so it was very pleasant when Casey at the pharmacy went out of her way to fix some things in my account with my insurance card that I didn’t even know were messed up and she could’ve played dumb and she could’ve glossed it over like so many previous pharmacist have done obviously so thank you…..when I picked up my prescription There was another girl to on Thursday night a young girl and I can’t remember her name Avery. I think she was very pleasant too.
My punctuation is all messed up not because I’m drunk. It’s because I’m using my mic on my phone and it’s retarded.

The place is relatively clean but apparently the workers there do not know what items they have or how to research them. Hopefully it was an off night and they actually know how to do their job.

Always friendly when I walk into the store; they welcome you and they are always willing to help you find what you need and if they do not have a product, they even go as far as to order it for you and have called around to other Walgreens for me to find that product. They have certain make up items I cannot get anywhere else in town.
