Avoid this Walgreens Pharmacy If possible. Every month, it's something new. They make filling a prescription such a stressful ordeal. Last month, they were low on stock of my prescription, so they gave me a partial fill. Then, a week and a half later, I had to come back to pick up the rest, no big deal. This month, after my doctor called in my prescription, they told me I couldn't get it filled until Monday. That's 41 days since my last refill! well over the 30 day window, I tried to explain to the tech on the phone that I got a partial refill last month, but IDK, he didn't believe me i guess. I checked my bank account history to see when I paid for my prescription last month just to make sure I wasn't mistaken, but nope. Walgreens is just too incompetent to keep track of their own records. So now I have to go the entire weekend without my medication. Just another awful experience at Walgreens Pharmacy to add to the long, long list

Very unsatisfied with this pharmacy. Had a prescription transferred to this location and first of all they had one person working the window, there were many customers waiting. The guy that was working the register was rude to many people and then could not figure out my insurance. He provided zero help and I immediately called my insurance. The insurance tried to call this location all day and they never were able to speak to a person. I transfer the prescription to Rite-Aid and it was filled in two hours.

They never have medications in stock and are terrible at communication. Went in on Friday to pick up a different prescription and asked about the status of another one that has a one week limit pick up window. Guy told me they were waiting on paperwork on my end and informed him that I already completed it. He told me he needed to wait for Monday (the last day of my window) for a different lady to finish the paperwork. Called in today and spoke to someone who told me that I needed to inform them when I completed the paperwork on my end because they will not do it for me. (I already finished the paperwork a long time ago and informed them on that previous Friday….) She then told me they don’t have any in stock and to call a different pharmacy to see if they have it and practically said it was my fault…not sure how but Lindsay was the girl I talked to on the phone today. 10/10 would never recommend them.

Absolutely horrible! After waiting in line for over 30 minutes was told me that I didn’t have a prescription to fill. I explained I went to urgent care and had them send the meds to them. Finally another lady behind the counter asked the guy that was helping us if my last name was root. Then he told us that they can’t fill the prescription until after their lunch. I’ve been waiting around town for hours now and it still isn’t ready. Absolutely horrible. All I was getting was eye drops? How hard is that? If I could give 0 starts I would! They don’t deserve even 1 star.

Please block out at least an hour or more if you make a vaccine/fu appointment. They are never on time and I've waiting well over an hour past my scheduled time just to get my shots. And this has happened more then once.

I made an online appointment to get a couple of vaccines but when I got there, I realized I'd forgotten my insurance cards. I offered to just reschedule my appointment but they said I didn't need to. The pharmasists were amazing and were able to find my insurance info even though it had changed since the last time I was in.

I hate Walgreens. Walk in to get the first shot of the vaccine, told they are no longer taking walk ins for the second shot I'll have to make an appt. Ok, can I make an appt. No I have to do it on line or call the 1-800 #. Ok, make an appt. at the one on Wellesley and Crestline. Show for my appt. And they are closed due to a power outage. Make another appt. To the one on empire and division where I'm told I have to wait an hour for all the walk ins. Had the original pharmacy tech from this location said I could still walk in to the location on Empire I could have saved two days of wasted time. Walgreens never has the right meds and my insurance is through the federal government where many of their techs have assumed I'm on government assistance and they tell me to go downtown to get them for free.

The pharmacy is trash, they never answer the phone, spent 45 minutes today on hold and they hung up. I know they are busy and covid put a damper on things but this is ridiculous, Safeway or Fred Meyer will be the new go too after the last few experiences... good luck to anyone having to rely on this store. Stay away if possible

They were kind of rude and they gave me the runaround I had to leave and I missed my prescription for a day and a half because somebody couldn’t read generic on it he made me call my doctor and resend and come to find out it said it big bold letters on it

I was just on hold for 1 1/2 hours trying to ask the pharmacy if I could get a flu shot with my Covid booster shot. The call was disconnected so I called the store and asked to speak with someone in the pharmacy. The gentleman who was working the phone outright told me he didn't have time for me. He couldn't answer a simple question. If anyone is looking for a new pharmacy. DO NOT GO TO WALGREENS on Division and Hastings!!!!! THEY DO NOT HAVE TIME TO ANSWER SIMPLE QUESTIONS!!!!!!!!!!!

Overall fast experience to obtain a walk-in flushot yesterday, especially important as I had a physician appt to attend. Male pharmacist was attentive to infection control and administered a painless injection. Counter female very pleasant in all interactions. Thank you!
