Well stocked make-up area (compared to many other Walgreens such as Seattle, Oregon). I’ve been looking for a specific Revlon lipstick and was excited to have such a great selection! Good customer service as well.

Horrible store, employes, and customer service! 0 star would not recommend. Purchased $100 worth gift cards, which I paid for and they did not activate. I have been told from Walgreens that it is out of their hands after I handed them $100 cash. I called the gift card customer service phone number and gave them the card number along with pin which they did clarify that the cards were not activated in store. This is theft and your "Walgreens" store managers excuses are outrageously pathetic. After asking if I can go through the garbage because I threw away my receipt trusting that they activated my card, the manager refused. Will be letting everyone know friends , and my clients what a fraud this Walgreen location is.

I understand why they have such a poor rating…
When I called the guy didn’t say thank you for calling Walgreens and the location or anything ~ he just answered, then was put out by my question about Alafia chapstick ~ then he said they’re up at the front counter you can come look ! I was really shocked and said so that’s the help you offer he replied yes and hung up. It’s obvious he doesn’t like his job nor does he want to help his customers! Shocked that he sounded winded like he had to run to the phone when an automated message comes on when you call.
Really sad to think that this guy makes way more money than many people yet he can’t make a small effort to help.

Drop some prescriptions off the day before, went to go pick them up today. I had five of them to pick up. She told me that she has four of them ready and then told me to hold on to check to see if they had my pain meds she came back and told me they have them in stock, but they are not going to fill them until after lunchtime. I explained to her that I was unable to come back and pick them up. She told me she is not changing the time on when they will have my pain medication Available to pick up I am to receive my medication every 28 days but they have made it where they text me at 8 PM to tell me they are ready so now it puts my 28 days after I’m supposed to receive them I will be changing pharmacies. I have had nothing but problems with this Walgreens.

Very bad customer service in the evening time as their store manager leaves they do not have the authority to validate returns which is waste of time and energy for the customer who drives here to return an item with a Legit receipt.

Drive thru window has been like this for the past year. Bullet holes everywhere, serverly broken glass prevents you from seeing who you are talking with. Mobile meth lab RV parked directly outside of drive through definitely doesn't make me feel safe getting my prescriptions.
