Patrick in photo gave the most patient, and kind service to me yesterday, and I know I was a difficult customer who took up more time than he had, as he was very busy with other customers. He is an extremely intelligent young man with expertise in his job and in dealing with people. I will go back because he went the extra mile!! J. Mahoney (4-16-'25)

Used to be awesome service. No longer.
Several prescriptions over the past few months, all took days to accomplish, none were filled in a timely manner. Currently approaching two full days and still waiting for Meloxicam, a simple one with no restrictions. And recently had one that was critical for a severely sick child that took over two days and multiple in person calls and visits while my child was in agony. Want something quickly? Look elsewhere. Don’t trust the app/messages. You aren’t in a que. They aren’t doing them in order.

During the night of July 8th I could not sleep due to a bladder infection. I also could not pee. I went to an Urgent Care and was seen at 8am. They electronically sent the Rx. Walgreens received it as I could see it received under my Walgreens. I went to pick it up along with another. I was told by your pharmacist assistant working the drive up window. "It was not ready." I asked how much longer and she advised it won't be ready until later this afternoon. I asked her can you check I need this Rx now. She insisted I would get a text. I have never received a text from Walgreens. I drive all the way home. Called the UC to pull the Rx and send it to a pharmacy that would fill asap only to find out it was filled. So back to store. Because the drive in was way too long, I went in. When the guy who was working the counter asked how I was doing I made a remark about my complaint. He never said I am sorry offer me a manager nothing. Instead just hurried me out the door. It just tells me there is a huge lack of human compassion in your pharmacy. Makes me want to go elsewhere. I hope someday they are in the same physical condition I am in. Not only disabled but vent pee and their pharmacy turns them away and tells them to come back later in the afternoon. Very poor service.

Coming from a 18 yr old who’s worked customer service since 16, this is just sad. Workers don’t know what to do when someone asks if someone is in the photo area. After standing there for a good 10 mins, having to go find someone. Let alone can’t speak English or properly talk to customers. I had confirmation to pick up photos and even a hour after that confirmation they didn’t even have them printed. I always use Walgreens for photo prints and over the last year it’s just declined with their customer service along with other business obviously as well.

Walgreen's used to know your name and greet you when you came in. Been going there for 40 years. Now you are lucky if they acknowledge you. They have 4 times the staff and zero customer service.

Called a head by over 4 hours. Was told I couldn't move my prescription to the other pharmacy because it was already filled. When I arrived,it wasn't ready. Frustrating to be told and then find I was lied to.

I had two important prescriptions to pick up.
I called twice to check, and their automated system told me they were working on them and would let me know when they were ready.
The prescriptions were sent from the Dr office before 3:30 pm. Finally at 6:04 pm Walgreens emailed that they were ready. I drove there a few minutes later to pick them up, but the pharmacy shutters were tightly closed!
On the weekend, the pharmacy closes at 6:00, four minutes before they notified me that the prescriptions were ready.
I'll be transferring my prescriptions across the street to Rite Aid.

I don't write reviews often but do when I get exceptional service, either good or bad. In this case I need to commend Patrick the pharmacist for continually going the extra mile for me in regularly filling my sometimes difficult to find meds. Patrick has gone out of his way multiple times to make sure I get my medication on time and has even helped me find discounts to help with the cost while I have been without health insurance. Thank you Patrick, it's health professionals like you that make the healthcare system bearable for people like me and Walgreen's and your customers are lucky to have you.
