Made a special trip from Walla Walla to pick up pre ordered 12 units of my favorite beverage. Before arriving, they inform me that they only had 4 of my items (it was barely worth the trip for 12).
I arrived, picked up my 4 units, and went inside to double-check their inventory if my beverage.
To my amazement, they curiously had the other 8 units stocked on the shelves - which I purchased.
Here's a suggestion WM, if you don't want to sell me the stated maximum 12 units via pick up, say as much at the POS - don't lie about having all of them for pickup, then withhold 66% in an attempt to get me to go inside and purchase more items.
Unfortunately, I knew to check the shelves because this bait & switch has happened before. Goodbye WM - hello Amazon.

There's only one or two good customer service people how to check out other than that they're pretty rude and not helpful at all.

Lies online about when orders will be ready to pick up or shipped to you. Don't trust any of it. May be fine in person, but online it sucks.

I was shopping with my husband and child. We were followed by a worker around the store scanned our stuff while an employee stood right behind us the whole time. I low-key paid 230.07 to be treated like a thief the whole time I shopped. Even for a Walmart crazy.

Ordered delivery from this store for years now. Yesterday I had a delivery and one of my sodas was opened up and drank from. Completely disgusting. Can't get ahold of management and their chat doesn't do anything

Worst customer service! Didn’t bother helping me with a question I had about a food product. They could at least gone over with me and looked at what I was asking. that’s what I thought customer service was suppose to be like not at Walmart.
