This place is a joke my mortgage got sold and they bought it and anytime I need to do any kind of servicing there 2 to 3 weeks out to do anything last time I tried to set up an auto pay and it took 3 hours I wish there was a way to move my mortgage to another bank without having to do a refinance do yourself a favor go to any other bank I'd recommend numerica 5 Mile across the street there's hardly ever a wait and the girls they're always willing to help you out

$7.50 fee to cash a wells fargo endorsed check that I can only cash at wells fargo. Ridiculous.

Brother has had a stroke tried to activate on the phone made me take my brother (STROKE VICTIM) Gethim all the way to the branch and they won't let him have his pin because his id is expired (Stroke victim) who can't stand in line and now can't buy food or his insulin if he can't get to his money and can't get his meds I'll try to find a way disability rights elder abuse and every agency that will listen

Poor service…front door was left unlocked an hour earlier than they are supposed to open with no posted hours on the door and no one inside noticing a customer standing there.Awkward customer service and experiences. Won’t be banking with Wells Fargo much longer. maybe retrain on how to be explanatory, how to be friendly, and how to meet needs by offering services that provide convenience.Just lacking in all areas.

I went to make a drive through check deposit on Saturday, April 2nd at 10:30 am and the man who served me dismissed me without asking and going through the proper procedures for depositing checks. He did not proceed with the service he was supposed to offer and I had to go back and come with my sister. When he noticed my presence and was asked a couple of questions by my sister, he then admitted he had left out proper procedures and apologized for it. In my own thinking, he racially discriminated me and didn’t do his job how he was supposed to do it. Whoever the man at the teller is, Wells Fargo, do your job and see to it that the tellers do what they need to do diligently and fairly.

Wells Fargo really messed up my credit because they couldn’t figure out how to except a payment on a furniture account. In store sent me online or over the phone. Over the phone told me I had to do it in store. My account was set to autopay over a dozen times. After dealing with it for over a year I finally got someone to take payment in person and just decided to pay the account in full so I wouldn’t have to go through it all over again for any future payments after. I’ve never had any late payments in my life and now have several over an entire year as well as dropped my credit score basically 100 points. If you’re financing anything try other places like Wsecu, Stcu, or even Scyn. You will be much happier in the end

Everytime I have to call Wells Fargo, it ruins my day. I believe if I were to go an start a bank myself, with no knowledge whatsoever, I could do a better job. I am embarrassed for the people I have to speak to on the phone, because incompetence is one of a kind. From being charged for my mortgage 3 time in a month to somehow not being able to take a payment at all, Wells Fargo can surely do it all!
