This is about The Wells Fargo Credit Cards, not about the branch. Recently, my credit card ceased working, I called the bank and they said they would ship a new card, two weeks later after receiving NO CARD, I called again and was told the Credit Card Rep. had not shipped the card! They admitted their error and said they would send out a card next day Federal Express. Today I called again after waiting 2 days and was told the Supervisor had shipped the card SNAIL MAIL! No offer was made to get me a card Next Day. So I've been without a Credit card for THREE WEEKS due to BANK ERRORS waiting for a replacement card! NOTE! The second and third call-backs were with Supervisory Personnel with Wells Fargo Credit! After all this mess, I'm changing banks because of the incredibly moronic customer service I've experienced with their "Supervisory Customer Service Reps. BEWARE!! As a former Washington Mutual Bank customer, I will attest Wells Fargo Bank is WORSE than WaMu!!!!
