Extremely inconvenient. No walk up ATM, only drive-through, and it was actually OUT OF CASH the day I went. Will not be visiting again.

Very few branches in the spokane valley area. Hurried though traffic to get there in time after work. Got there right at 5pm. The employee stood at the locked door and looked at us. To make matters worse, the atm was out of service so I couldn't even withdraw. Planning to move to New Bank after 20 years.

Debbie at the drive up is the best…. Very friendly and quick…I go here a few times a week and she never fails to be as accommodating as possible!!!

I needed to make a deposit for a family member who was stranded out of town. I called the branch to ask if this was possible. The rep I got was so kind and patient, he listened to my story and helped me understand how to best help my family member. I was able to swing buy deposit it via the drive through and it was so fast and simple. I can't say how thankful I am to encounter such patients when I was so frazzled. The money got there and everything was so easy!

By far some of the best customer service I’ve experienced at any bank. Always helpful, work hard to accommodate and appreciate the positive attitude always. Great service, great tellers and managers, great location, parking ect. Thank you!

People close all ur accounts this place stopped excepting cash they are part of the world economic forum,they want to inslave you with digital money,, research the W.E.F.,,,my friend's and family are all closing their wells Fargo account and instead purchasing gold silver and property,, because any day now banks will steal everyone's accounts

This place is a joke my mortgage got sold and they bought it and anytime I need to do any kind of servicing there 2 to 3 weeks out to do anything last time I tried to set up an auto pay and it took 3 hours I wish there was a way to move my mortgage to another bank without having to do a refinance do yourself a favor go to any other bank I'd recommend numerica 5 Mile across the street there's hardly ever a wait and the girls they're always willing to help you out

Brother has had a stroke tried to activate on the phone made me take my brother (STROKE VICTIM) Gethim all the way to the branch and they won't let him have his pin because his id is expired (Stroke victim) who can't stand in line and now can't buy food or his insulin if he can't get to his money and can't get his meds I'll try to find a way disability rights elder abuse and every agency that will listen
