Fantastic experience! Patrick Mace, my sales guy was Great! Highly recommend Wendle Ford and the entire staff was knowledgeable and patient. It was a relaxing environment and everyone was supportive and kind. Highly recommend! Oh yeah, I love my new 2025 Maverick too!

You charged me way too much to just tell me that the plug ends on my tailgate we’re broken and then gave me a stupid price to fix it.then the service writer opens up my glove box and shows me the replacement kit that came with the truck. I took it somewhere else and had it repaired for less than what you charged me to just tell me it was damaged. I won’t be going back for anything there

When my wife's car was totaled, we urgently needed a replacement. We went to see David Perry, who for good reason, is highly recommended. David quickly understood the type, style and features we wanted and gave us great choices. We picked a new Ford Explorer. He went over the features and controls and answered all of our questions. We got the car for a better price and better financing than I found offered by others in the Spokane area.
Wendle Ford is an exceptionally good Ford dealership and David Perry made the car shopping experience quick, easy and fun.

My first time to Wendle Ford. I had a leak in the cab needing diagnosis and repair. They were all welcoming, friendly and professional when I arrived, checked in, and eventually checked out. Wendle is a very nice facility and they have a super clean intake area in service. It was really convenient to be able to communicate via text about status of my vehicle during the week. The leaking rear window was resealed by an outside party. When I picked up the truck the window was dirty and still had tape on it from the resealing process. I would have expected both to be cleaned up before the job was considered complete. However, I wouldn’t hesitate to take my truck there again for repairs or service. I assume it was just an oversight that they didn’t clean the glass.

Jeff has been rude and dismissive to my wife every time she has brought my truck in for warranty/recall work. I was told on the phone that because I was bringing my truck in for a recall issue that had already been addressed and fixed by your shop less than a year ago that I would not be charged a service fee. Apon arrival Jeff told my wife that there would be a service fee and that the issue wouldn’t be fixed if they could not duplicate the issue despite her having video evidence. The issue is freezing doors and locks and would not be repeated do to warm temps at the time of our appointment. I told my wife to cancel the appointment and return home. Jeff was nowhere to be found however Chris spoke to her professionally and even though he couldn’t change the outcome he explained things in a way that she understood and felt she was being heard and not dismissed. I have been completely dissatisfied with the professionalism in an organization that advertises family and community connection. If individuals like Jeff are the standard for Wendle then I will no longer use your services when my warranty expires. Of note I also have a Toyota and a warranty that is serviced at Parker Toyota. We have always received professional service at Parker and have not experienced the same issues we have experienced with Wendle Ford. I have always loved purchasing Ford trucks because I like to support American companies. This experience has been negative and I believe doesn’t live up to the Ford reputation.
