We used to love this dealership and our family has purchased many cars here over the years. We come here for service on my wife's car and things have just gone downhill. An example: Set up an appt for a recall that is supposed to take just a few hours; show up for said appt and they haven't ordered the parts. 3 days later we get the car back and for some reason there is duct tape strips on the front fenders. The work to be done was at the rear of the car. No apologies or offer to remove it when we brought up the issue. This just seems to be typical these days. Hopefully they get things turned around sometime soon.

Lance gave us great customer service. He was always available and was very responsive to my calls and texts. Had everything ready for us when we arrived and made our buying experience easy peasy.

I made an appointment to have my truck services today at 1:30. I then received a phone call letting me know that they would put my truck in the que to be looked at and it would probably be 2-3 business days. I explained that I had a service appointment. It was explained to me that the appointment was to drop the vehicle off not to service it. This is bad business on Wendle Ford. I wont be back.

Big shout out to General Manager Shane. Great professional guy!! Had a little speed bump with a prior visit and he called my wife and i directly heard us out 100% and made the situation great! He really showed Wendle Ford goes above and beyond to satisfy their customers.

Had an awesome experience with Wendle Ford. Ben is a very knowledgeable sales representative and answered all my questions and his willingness to help, went above what I expected. Alex took care of our financials and took his time explaining to us. Both gentlemen were very professional and addressed any concerns we may had.I will do business again with Wendle Ford in the future and I will let my contacts know what an excellent experience I had.Thank you for your help!

Honestly great place to buy a car, my family has been looking online for the week prior and decided to visit Wendle motors, after a little bit of looking around and figuring out the nest deal, we decided on a 2023 Rogue, brand new drives amazing. This was my first time dealing with an actual dealership and I couldn’t have picked a better spot. Everyone we worked with from Oren, great young knowledgeable guy, to his higher up, Jeramy, and finally Don the man who helped us finalize and get honestly an amazing deal to us. Will definitely be getting any future vehicles here. Thanks a ton guys.

The last two times I have come in, I’ve had the pleasure of having Devonn as my service advisor. Both times he has gone above and beyond in his customer service. My last appointment was for an oil change, and while the service center was slammed, you could tell he was working as quickly as possible to make everyone happy during this busy time. Wonderful attitude during the process. Today, I unexpectedly got a rock in my rotor. The sound was horrific and not knowing what it was at the time, I came in panicking. He got me fixed and out of there in under 40 minutes, and off I went about my day. Thanks for making my Wendle experiences so positive!

Purchased a 2020 F350 last week from Wendle Ford. Outstanding experience. Lance was fun to work with and quick! Alex quickly got the financing paperwork arranged making good use of our time. No waiting around. A great experience all around!

I have been a loyal customer for years. We have purchased the last FOUR brand new vehicles here. The recent service department experience was ludicrous from start to finish. The day I retrieved my vehicle was the same day I decided to never purchase another vehicle at this location and the same day I went and purchased a new 2024 vehicle at a different dealership. Incredibly disappointing.

Worst ever. Took 35 minutes, and transferred me… get this…. 5 times via phone. Because they couldn’t figure out if they could put on new tires to my truck while getting oil change. I was purchasing there tires. Furthermore when showing up to my appointment….yup you guessed it, they were like tires? I don’t even know if we have them in stock, I don’t know what your talking about.Going to try GUS next time as I’m a Ford enthusiast.

I have had nothing but negative experiences with this dealership. They are the closest Ford dealership to my home so I continue to give them chances but they consistently disappoint. I went there to purchase a brand new 2023 F150 lightning and wandered around the lot for 30 minutes without anyone offering to help me. I ended up purchasing my truck from Corwin Ford that same day. I subsequently contacted their parts department to order a part that I located on the Ford parts website. For some reason I was unable to apply my rewards points on the Ford website so I called Wendle. I had to call three times before I could actually speak to a human being. When I finally connected with a person, they told me the part cost $100 more than the Ford parts website listed it for. When asked about this they told me "that's because you're buying it from us and not Ford." So the dealership and I both get the part from Ford but they are going to charge me an additional hundred dollars because they place the order!?! I turned around and called Corwin Ford and they sold the part to me for list price and shipped it to my home for free. I could share a half dozen similar stories about this dealership. Wendle has literally never failed to disappoint me. I have finally learned my lesson & will not be giving them another opportunity. My advice to the owner: get your house in order. Your employees do not understand what good customer service looks like. This dealership survives under the principle of, "there is a sucker born every day". Don't become their next sucker!

Very poor customer service!! Appointment for F-150, was at dealership for 2.5 days. No follow up phone calls, left numerous messages, to check on status.They never returned a call or text. Didn’t know if pick up was still there. Showed up and it had not been looked at yet, after 2.5 days!! Service advisor didn’t seem to know what she was doing!! Why schedule a date and time for appointment and then not adhere to it? At least call the customer and let them know you were not able to work on it the day of appointment. So unprofessional!! We brought the pickup home and will go to other dealership.

We just purchased a Ford Explorer from Wendle Ford. The car is awesome and it was the best car buying experience the wife and I have ever had. Ben (sales) and Alex (financing) were an absolute pleasure to work with. Both were very knowledgeable, professional, and got us everything we had hoped for. Complete straight shooters and entirely on the mark. I would definitely buy from Wendle again but more importantly buy through Ben and Alex. Great work guys and thanks a ton!
