The first time I visited Wendle Nissan, I went in for a new battery. I sat there 3 hours because the guy I checked in with didn't write down that I was waiting, even though he asked me if I'd be waiting & I said yes. So I had to wait until their lunch was over before they would install the battery.
The 2nd time I went there it was for a recall. They informed me they may have to keep it over night. No problem. I dropped my car off & just a few short hours later they called me to tell my car was ready. The guys at Wendle are very nice & helpful & I feel safe taking my car there.

Best place ever! They are truly locally-owned and you can tell by the employees. Everyone is always happy to help and are so nice. Justin Roberge in sales treats you like family and genuinely cares and helps you find exactly what you are looking for! Go see him of you are in the market for a vehicle!

Grew up shopping at Wendle for my first car and haven’t been back since 2017 after a not so great sales experience.
Had an unfortunate event where my car got totaled and wanted to check out the new rock Creek rogue and I am very pleased to say I will be going back if and when I need a new car as long as Austin is, my sales are up! No pressure and very determined for me to get in a vehicle that I absolutely was in love with and felt safe in driving my child as much as I do. Spent two days with me making sure I was 100% sure on the vehicle I chose and I could not be more happy! So grateful for Austin and his team for getting me in my new Rogue. They really showed the customers needs being met matters.

Wendell Nissan staff was fantastic, very helpful and knowledgeable. My car went dead in the road, no warning, I was pretty shaken, needed to get to my daughter's house then back to work. I had to have the car brought in by the tow truck driver and Nissan was communicating with me all the way. Grateful for the Wendle Nissan Team!

this is for the GM you should knowhow your employees are treating your customers! Worst buying experience every from financing through the whole process I feel that this was the worst experience purchasing, everyone was very rude disrespectful, arrogant, self-centered employees and didn’t care about the customer experience, I left message text Igor and never received any return message I hear on the tv commercials, so I figured to stop by. After all this by the way I was treated I will never be going to this Wendel or and other Wendel for anything not even service. Again, this was the worst experience I have ever had even by the sales manager with his sarcastic aptitude on his message. believe me I took off everything off the car that represent the Wendle logo. If this doesn’t get attention towards the employees at Nissan and ford. really this should be a zero stars

I’ve had 6 different cars in the last 7 years, and this was by far the best buying experience I’ve ever had!! I worked with Luis and he went above and beyond to provide me with the best experience! He was polite, friendly, responsive, patient, and never pressured me throughout the process. He helped me find my first truck, that fit my needs. Luis treated me like I was family. Wendle did great with this one of a kind guy! ??

It's always a great experience dealing with Wendle. I was in for a service on my 2022 Rogue Sport. It was excellent service and completed in a timely manner. The service people were very helpful and friendly.

I set an appointment with Wendle due to a intermittent battery drain issue with my 2019 Titan XD. While it was there, Wendle took care of regular service, including oil change without my asking. Combining the services eliminated the need to return and saved me significant travel time!
