When I purchased a maintenance plan, I was told there was complimentary car washing and shuttle when oil changes occur. I’ve come twice and neither were available those days.Separately, I’ve had some rude experiences with the woman who does scheduling for the Nissan parts and service counter. I want to look into a refund on my maintenance package and going somewhere because the don’t end staff don’t seem to care about the customers.The maintenance and oil changes it’s self seem to be great so it’s unfortunate that the desk people don’t match that excellence

horrible customer service! Had scheduled appointment 8:30 in morning. Never heard from them, they never returned phone calls, never knew status of appointment. Pickup was there 2.5 days. We finally went and brought it back home. They never did check anything!! Advisor person not helpful at all!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of scheduling an appointment for my car service at Wendle Ford Service, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. I had scheduled this appointment two months in advance, taking a precious day off from work to ensure my car received the maintenance it needed. Little did I know that this was just the beginning of a series of frustrating and disappointing events.My wife had received a confirmation text message just the day before the appointment, which led me to believe that everything was set. However, when I arrived at the service department, I was met with utter disbelief as they claimed they had no record of my appointment. It was as if I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer who had made arrangements well in advance.The staff's lack of accountability and their dismissive attitude only added to my frustration. Instead of trying to find a solution or acknowledging their mistake, they seemed more interested in passing the blame onto someone else. It was evident that there was a severe lack of communication within the department, leaving customers like me stranded and disillusioned.Wasting a day off is not something to be taken lightly, and I expected the service department to at least apologize and attempt to rectify the situation promptly. Unfortunately, the management's response was equally disappointing. They appeared disinterested in resolving the matter and only offered a half-hearted apology, without offering any alternative solutions or compensations for the inconvenience caused.As a loyal customer, I had expected a certain level of professionalism and respect. Sadly, my experience at Wendle Ford Service left me questioning their commitment to customer satisfaction. If they are unable to honor scheduled appointments and uphold their end of the bargain, it raises concerns about the quality of service they provide.In conclusion, my day off was wasted, and the trust I once had in Wendle Ford Service has been shattered. I strongly advise against relying on their appointment system, as it seems to be severely flawed. I hope they take this feedback constructively and work towards improving their communication and customer service to prevent other customers from experiencing similar frustrations. Until then, I'll be looking for an alternative service department that values and respects its customers' time and loyalty.

Very professional and exceptionally knowledgeable salesmen. Didn't have the car i wanted on site so searched and found the right one elsewhere then got it in just in time for us to take it on a family road trip vacation. Worked with me to get exactly what I wanted and kept me informed the whole time. Robert and Faheem worked together and were exceptionally easy to talk to and work with. Also the financing guy Ron was fantastic to work with. Felt like we were made to become part of the family now, not just buying a car. Had been also working with another dealership in finding the car and it was night and day between them with Wendel as the light! Will definitely send anyone who asks your way. Thank you!

The team at Wendell was very responsive, friendly, and professional. We were able to test drive the vehicle within about 10 minutes and when we got back, they had the preliminary numbers put together. After a little negotiation, they gave me a great trade-in value and we went back and drove the car about a week later. I picked it up the next day, and I am very happy with the vehicle.

Dave Perry at Wendle Nissan was very knowledgeable about the car and features that came with this model. He took time to explain, show, and allow us to experience them during our test drive. Very friendly and professional—he made sure we were listened to and taken care of. Wendle Nissan listened to our needs and more importantly--not bring up the leasing option which we did not want. Other dealerships we went to kept trying to pressure us, but not Wendle Nissan--they listened and we appreciate that because it shows you listened and took your customers preferences into account. The management and finance department were professional and courteous. The dealership was clean, presentable and updated. We will definitely recommend this to our friends and colleagues.

Josh did get me a rental on that 3rd appointment which made me feel a little less anxious as I have a 1 and now 6 year old. I need to have a car just in case anything happens. So I really appreciate Josh for that. My AC has been fixed and my kids are nodding out in my due to the extreme heat.

I am consistently happy with the customer service and work performed at Wendle. On this particular visit, the tech found a nail in my tire when he was rotating the tires. They repaired it NO CHARGE and marked the tire should it need further attention as we were leaving for Oregon after the appointment. Such a good, honest company. I will not go anywhere else!!!

Robert & Jeremy were amazing! Robert took us on a test drive and described all of the features and how to actual use them. He helped get the settings right where I wanted them. I did a follow up meeting with Robert and Jeremy gave me a follow up phone call as well. Excellent service and much appreciated! I am enjoying my new car. Don was awesome with the financing part as well. Thank you!
