About West Central Community Center
West Central Community Center is a spacious place for big events that can provide pretty much all your needs. It houses a WIC office, a Head Start pre-school, Asante Health Medical office, and a satellite office for SPD. Programs include Recreation & Fitness, Youth Development childcare, and Supportive Services for people with developmental disabilities. It also has the very first 24/7 Library Kiosk in Washington State. The staff are amazing, warm, welcoming, wonderful, very helpful, and kind. They are accommodating and provide great care. The community center is noted as a safe place for the community and kids, ensuring there are opportunities and resources available for families and individuals in need. It is a place in the community where people can find help and not feel alone. While there has been a mention of a smelly bathroom, it was addressed. The center is highly recommended for big events.

Thank you once again West Central for yet another great annual event and venue for our graduation ceremony. Everything was perfect; cleanliness, parking, friendly staff, and a wonderful facility maintenance team that made sure we had everything ready for our guests. See you next year for the Class of 2027.

Wonderful space for community events / (rental opportunities.) Latinos in Spokane hosts their Tamale fest among other things. Overall an excellent community hub. Clean and bright...lots of space and parking.
