This store has the most unfriendly person managing the cash register whose name is Tonya, plus the person answering the phone. When I called the service was no better. With lung cancer, oxygen to carry, and pneumonia, I was asking if someone could bring the antibiotics to my car. The person on the phone said no because I had a copay. Then, I went back to my notification on my phone and paid by phone since I was notified that it was ready. I parked by a sign that said someone would come out and bring my Rx. I asked the lady at the register how to accomplish that, another time. She asked me if I had a child that could come pick up my Rx. I said no,and I want to know if someone will bring out my Rx if I need that. She said I'll ask, since I don't think we do that anymore. The inside person said no, if there is a copay. I said I'd pay that on line. By then, I knew they did not want to agree to bring an Rx to me, though the sign outside says they will. I pushed harder. Finally she said, well I guess we can. I didn't think we did that anymore. Then Rite aid needs to remove the signs at the regal store and the one on 29th, and take free delivery off of their online menu! Rite aide is the one that posts the service, but when asked, response is I heard we don't do that anymore. Wow!

Every month, with prescriptions that are the same each month, I call in to place my order. And every time I show up to get the prescription, this pharmacy says it's not ready, or they only have one of two, or they give me the wrong amount. I'm a pretty patient person, but in the last 10 months not once have I had a refill pick up that was 100% accurate. I tend to think...it's just me, I'm doing something wrong. But my husband and both adult children reported the same problems. Something is wrong with their processes. And as a South Hill pharmacy you would think they understand that many customers live way out in the country, and can't just "try coming back tomorrow " without wasting $10-15 in gas money.

Had a great experience at the store the other day. Easy to talk to clerk with a sense of humor who knew were items were in the store. She didn't hover over me. And I knew if I asked her a question she would come over and help me.

Pathetic. I had an appointment for a covid booster at a specific time, had to wait 40 minutes to be seen, few other customers waiting. Then, the pharmacist filled out my immunization with an incorrect day and year; sloppy and rude staff. Never again....................

Terrible management skills. A family member of mine was accused of stealing by another patron on 2/27/22 and when we called to get the issue resolved the store manager told us they knew nothing about the incident. We asked for a letter of apology, they said no. We asked for a statement of fact that my family member didn't steal from the store, they said no. The hardware store next door is more inclined to look through their camera footage and get this resolved for us. Very unhelpful, Very dissapointed, never shopping at Rite-Aid again.

1/17/2020 Stop by this store last at 6:30 or so just to pick up some hairspray. I am not from around that area and I hadn't been to that store before. The store great place nice and big and every thing was really neat an clean went to check and I ask the lady if that was correct get one for full price and 1/2 price on the second one? she said "I don't know are you a member? I said yes, well then youll have to put your number in to see like I put her out buy askin! well I didn't see any where to put my number in so I said Im not seeing where to do that at? she reached up to the screen and clicked on something and a place to put my number in appeared. She was a real witch to say the least. She didn't want to do anything! I wanted to tell her why don't you go home and have a drink! being she looked like a bad alcoholic drug Addick that needed a drink or some drugs. To make a long story short! get rid of the witch if she doesn't want to work and have a nice attitude towards new people!!! I wont go back there again! Prices are way to high anyway 6.79 for a bottle of hair spray, unreal!!!

I just gotta say, tonight I went in to this store and was greeted by the most friendly and personable sales associate. I haven't seen him in there before. But he was super nice. It's a great change and not common among businesses anymore. Just wanted to say I appreciate how great he was with customers! Thanks Chris for making our day!!
