Pharmacy is lazy and likes to close up early. On two occasions I've arrived a few minutes before close and they've already shut down. When I point to their clock that shows they closed early they just shrug. It's a good thing it's only a pharmacy and not something important to people's health (SMH).

I was just walking in to ask a pharmacist a question about an OTC drug and I almost think I got chewed out like an undertrained employee. I am thinking I will stick to Walgreens going forward.

I had the most negative experience in the drive through. There was a lady named Trish. And she did not have a welcoming vibe. She was very rude and didn't seem like she wanted to be there. I also had 3 dogs in the car. And she looked right at them and made a nasty look. And there was a container of dog treats I could see through the glass on the counter and she didn't offer any. She didn't even tell me to have a nice day when she was done giving back the prescriptions. She seemed off. Bad vibes from you Trish maybe you need a nap or something but please do not give out your bad vibe I don't want it.

We just started using this pharmacy in the spring because our pharmacy in Suncrest shut down. My son suffers from depression and anxiety as well as ADHD. The pharmacists at this pharmacy are the rudest "professionals" I have ever dealt with. When I went to pick up my son's medications, I was treated like a criminal - as if I was trying to scam them or something to get his medications. This has happened twice now when I've gone to pick up his medications. I will be discussing this with my son's doctor and we will be moving to a new pharmacy.
