Most expensive ghetto tweaker store in Spokane. U get ripped off bad everytime u come here and u get to get harassed as u walk in by tweakers asking for money which they do nothing about. I've watched ppl walk out with hand fulls of groceries and nobody cares as I'm paying 65$ for 1 kil bag of groceries. 9$ for a Jimmy Dean breakfast that's 4 something at winco. There pizzas r almost twice as much as winco. Dirty store also! Garbage all around the whole store. Always Garbage in the parking lot. I honestly do not understand y anyone comes to this store.

I absolutely LOVE this store, they are always so so nice and kind and make it their mission to help you. This place is the best store to go to.

I purchased groceries which was fine. I purchased a six pack of Bud Light Bottles and could not drink it. it smells scunky

If you want to contract the coronavirus or see individuals not wearing makes make sure to visit this Safeway store. I spoke directly with the manager on duty who informed me that they are not enforcing the mask mandate or asking noncompliant persons to leave the store. This is a bad place to shop if you value your health. The management is brazenly ignoring the state mandate. Beware.

We have always referred to this location as the 'scary' Safeway. There are almost always plenty of folks outside begging for money or doing drugs. Often times you see them peering into cars in the parking lot. No exception today as I watched what appeared to be a homeless man trying door handles on cars in the lot. You just never feel all that comfortable when coming here. I also watched the cart retriever bring a load of carts in and not wipe them down even though they were placed on the 'sanitized' side of the sign. I've seen this before as well. Checking out there were three lanes open plus the self check out. The shortest line had 5 people waiting. This seems to be the norm lately. When going for groceries it should be an easy task, not one where you worry over personal safety or health safety. You should also be able to check out in a reasonable amount of time without blocking aisles for others. I hope someday they figure this out and provide a better product for their customers.

This Safeway store is the dirtiest store I've been in. The cashiers are rude and customer service woman is beyond rude. There was nearly nothing on the shelves, which I refuse to believe is a Covid thing because the other stores are well stocked. We will never step foot in this Safeway ever again!

Am about done with your store. Will go out of my way to shop elsewhere. Stopped to grab some groceries at 11:30 this morning, only one lane open (had 12 items, no 15 or less open). I do not work there, so I do not use the self service option, would consider if you give me a discount, but, this is totally unacceptable. After standing in line behind someone who had a very full cart, and then 3 others (2 of which had under 15 items) did they open the 15 & under lane. I don't think I should have to go out of my way to shop, but will. Totally unacceptable....

So, I have shopped Safeway's all over and I am usually satisfied, but not today. The first thing that caught me sideways were the trashed shopping carts with half empty deli food containers, cans, newspapers, etc. You may say so what but these carts hold food. Then after a duration of cart shopping, I made the mistake of using the bathroom at the end of aisle 9. Ya know, a grocery store is more than just a place to buy groceries. I believe it should at least be halfway pleasant. And clean. So, thus far, I am disappointed. I escaped the bathroom and was greeted by a congenial butcher whose name I forget but a good guy. So I go ahead and finish my shopping, finding a few deals along the way. That and my music moved it from a 1 to a 2 star visit until I checked out and was waited on by a super cool and agreeable checker, Tami. She and the butcher made the visit pleasantly passable.
