This shop is absolutely amazing!!! My car felt like it was falling apart after sliding into a ditch. After getting an estimate I wasn’t sure about, I took my car to them for a second opinion. Svcs were 500$ cheaper than the first estimate. They have 3rd party financing which saved me! When I got my car back it felt like a brand new car. They went above and beyond, I noticed they fixed a couple things I did not pay or ask them to fix. I was married to a mechanic for 15 yrs it was hard to find a shop that I trusted after my divorce. These guys are awesome!!!

Total joke. I took my car here for squeaking brakes and a strange sound when I turned my steering wheel. They got back to me quickly and said it was repaired. I paid the diagnostic fees and got into my car. The second is pulled out and hit my brakes, they were squeaking (a very noticeable loud squeak). I went back in and let them know. The man who worked on my car came out with me to hear them and then proceeded to give me a long winded answer for why it must be doing it and that they were fine. I accepted that and went to leave again. This time, when I pulled out, my steering wheel was still making the same noise. I understand that mistakes happen and things are missed and I am generally very understanding of these things, but what is absolutely absurd to me is that he didn’t even take it for a test drive! Not even around the parking lot— for steering and brake issues! Of course they didn’t catch the problem, because they didn’t even test out their own work. I know this because when he got in my car for me to show him that the brakes were still squeaking, he said “huh, it didn’t do that when I backed it out of the garage into the spot”. It was directly behind the garage door. There would’ve been no opportunity to even mess with the steering at all and minimal braking to gauge how the brakes sounded.I told them that I needed a refund as they did not actually address any of the presenting problems. The front desk employee told me that I was braking wrong in my car. According to her, I am supposed to slam harder on the brakes anytime I brake to keep them from squeaking. I told the front desk employee that I did not trust anyone in the shop to look at my car, and that I was shocked that they couldn’t hear what is an incredibly loud squeaking and tried to just send me on my way. She replied with “you’re going to have to be nice if you want a refund”. Mind you, I did not raise my voice, curse, or once disrespect any of the employees. I simply told her that I did not want anyone at the establishment touching my car.She did ultimately give me a refund, but I cannot stress enough that this is not a shop to go to. Save yourself a wasted day and frustration, and go to someone that doesn’t rush and will actually take your car for a drive when they have allegedly “fixed” it.

I have been using Wilde Automotive since they first opened at this location. They have provided excellent routine maintenance for my 2010 Prius, 2002 Ford F250 4X4, 1998 Dodge 3500 diesel 4X4, and 2004 Pontiac Montana. They have also provided straightforward and honest repair services for my Ford and Pontiac. I recommend them without reservation.Services: Electrical repair

Jess and Dean helped me out big time! They squeezed my old van in trying to get me back on the road. The issues were bigger than could be dealt with at the time but their customer service was stellar. Highly recommend!

Tried to charge me 990 and lied about true problem Came here for the first time I had a Jetta that died on me randomly i decided to try them. they couldn't figure it out for a few days and than when they did they said that the fuel pump fuel and filter were bad and it would cost 900 so I said how much is the pump that doesn't seem right she said 500 I could not find a fuel pump that expensive no matter how hard I looked online they also quoted 450 for labor when I disagreed with her price her disposition changed I asked if they could put it in a parking spot they said no and just pushed it out the door she also said that if I work on it anywhere near them that someone "else would call the cops" I completely believe they would have called the cops on me for working on the car near them so I pulled in into the parking lot across the street and preformed there recommended repairs in all costed me 20 minutes just to find out the tank was completely empty of gas the only reason it wouldn't start is because it ran out of gas the old pump and filter everything was fine returned everything and off I was I am shocked by how these people acted.

Purchased a used van a few months ago, and took it to Wildes to have it evaluated. I explained I just purchased the van, wanted a tune up and check over, and the free alignment service they offered as a valued member/ customer. For over $500, they supposedly changed the wires, plugs, topped fluids and "checked" its alignment, however it's still been having the same problems, so I took it to another shop in town, to find out it needs new plugs, wires, distributor cap and is in dire need of an alignment! I will absolutely not be back to Wildes, the service from front of house to mechanics is poor at best.**EDIT** We went to another mechanic and found that the plugs and wires were replaced but the original distributor cap from 1994 was not replaced! It absolutely should have been, as we asked for the van to be looked over and brought to good, daily driver-ability. The new mechanic we brought it too also gave the van its needed alignment, as well as fixing a few other issues that wildes did not notify us of.Unbelievable that Wildes was unable or unwilling to fix these issues. I would absolutely not recommend using this shop.

My son had a diagnosis done paid for the services provided and is learning mechanics and wanted to change the part himself. The gal was pretty rude threatened to call the police on him if he changed it on Wilde's property. Not a very classy way to treat someone who did business with you. Also, not very encouraging to our young people who want to learn a trade. We will never go back. EDIT - the fact that the owner responded and tried to spin this as she treated us right is just adding insult to injury. That BBQ analogy is probably one of dumbest things I have ever read, it doesn't even make sense. Trust me, I have a pretty good handle on how the world works.

Excellent place of business! I have had so many problems with unethical mechanics, I am so grateful to have found Wilde Automotive, they were reasonably priced, friendly and accommodating! Will go here for all my needs from now on, highly recommended!

We come to Wilde basically exclusively. They’re pretty timely about their repair services, though it’s always best to bring your car in as early in the day as you can. They almost always are kind enough to wave our diagnostic fee and give us price-friendly options as we’re pretty low income. They’re within walking distance from our home which is convenient, but they’re also close to a nice bunch of shops and restaurants that you can easily poke around in while you’re waiting for your work to be done.I just found out they also have a rewards program on their site, and I got coupons/deals pretty immediately.I recommend this place, as it’s a pretty nice, family owned joint.Services: Steering & suspension repair

I am actually the one who referred members of my family as clients this business because when she first opened she went by the "karma mechanic" I really appreciated her, her quotes were always high than the actual bill and it was nice to support a family/woman run business it just seems lately the stories I'm hearing she's charging double charge for minor items. it's really sad because I know my ex husband, my great aunt my mother a friend all went to her and were told $350 for a battery then when tube came out on my radiator she said it would be $1200 for a new radiator on a 2003 Lexus this is a back up car so we asked what about wrecking yard parts since our neighbor owns a wrecking yard she said she wouldn't do it and if I had that done she would no longer work on this car ... we are a family with 6 cars alone we have always go to her this one time we wanted a second opinion on a $1200 radiator. We went across the street to North West automotive and right away they gave us a price of $600 so just by crossing the street the price was half of what she quoted. I'm so sad, because I almost felt like this was a bait and switch that when she first opened she was fair and now I'm so sad that even after we showed her where the problem was, she still charged $70 just to look at it and give a quote - my mother said that $70 just lost my mothers business, We weren't strangers we weren't people that she didn't know, and we had every intention on after getting a second opinion if that was the problem of returning the card to her to have it worked on, but I guess all of the money she's earned from us over the years doesn't earn a glance and a quote. Just disappointed because I trusted and talked so good of this mechanic and a time when it's hard to find a mechanic to trust, she has lost mine. EDIT: Jessica I wish you the best but all we asked for was the radiator problem and it's just been a few different issues. I wish you all the best in the future. I was outside in the other car I am the one who brought mom to you. Again this is just my experience and I am not trying to be a "Karen" in this situation but gosh all that we have brought you so many vehicles the $70 fee was hurtful as wish you the best in the future...
