For a company who is suppose to go above and beyond I had to literally tell the person who was at the front desk that he was wrong about what SIM card I needed and he for 3 minutes kept telling me that I was wrong. Then the female who works there had her husband and daughter waiting in the store. That is unprofessional. I will no longer use this location to pay my bill. Completely unprofessional for both the workers. You don't have your family waiting on you while you are at work, you do not argue with a customer especially when he or she has done their homework on the new phone that is being hooked up.
