ATM is faulty, so I went inside to ask for help withdrawing cash from a non-WSECU account. The lady inside looked puzzled like she's never gotten such a request before. She then pulled up my WSECU account nad saw I had used courtesy pay. She then very un-courteously denied me service. Not knowing I was in a hurry to pay rent on my lunch and not questioning if I was going to bring my account positive Anyway.

Horrible communication. Their "I understand" doesn't solve the fact that they wasted my time. To WSECU you are just a number...

Used them for our mortgage. Highly competitive rates and closing costs that are much lower than alternatives. Our loan officer, Cameron, was also the absolute best! He was very communicative. When we hit snags he was a major team player to get us through things. Without his efforts and him going above and beyond his responsibilities, there is a very real chance our contract would not have gone through. I can't recommend WSECU highly enough.Very happy to now be a member.

I moved to Spokane about two months ago and was looking around for a bank that also does shared branching since my primary bank is with a different credit union in a different state and read some pretty good reviews about WSECU so I thought I would inquire with them about opening a checking. Christine, who I had met with, is amazing! She explained everything to me clearly and made the entire process quick & easy. The customer service has been great so far whenever I had questions and I look forward to banking with WSECU for awhile!

Do not go to this location if you value your time or are looking to be treated with respect.I went to pay my vehicle on my lunch break thinking "oh they are less than 5 minutes away this is great". Well unbeknownst to me (because there is no posting on their website) the lobby was closed. I show up, mask up and wait for my wife to unbuckle our 1 year old so we can go in a pay. (we have separate accounts so we both need to be present) The "Professional Karen" at the door waited patiently for me get my child ready and walk all the way to the door to smile at me and say "yep that can be done in the drive through, lobby is closed." No empathy, it did not occer to interrupt me getting our child out of the seat (if you have kids you know how much they love that) or even politely let me know the lobby was closed or even apologize for the inconvenience.I'll start going across town to get my banking done for now on and I would suggest you do the same.If and only if, you value your time and appreciate being treated with dignity and respect.

Love WSECU! I've had an account with them (savings) since I was 12 and a checking since I was 17 and have never, ever had issues with them. They've been helpful in tough situations, have forgiven the two or three overdraft fees I've incurred, and have always been extremely nice and respectful. Screw Chase, WSECU is where it's at.

I have been a member for 40 years. Through all my ups and downs the employees at this location took time with me and truly listened to my needs. I would never go anywhere else. They are like family ❤️

Great service and very efficient with time. Super friendly, espeically the man watching the door. Give that guy a raise because he goes above and beyond to make people feel at home, and does more than just watch the door, such as giving people clear and friendly directions. Thanks guys!

Guards at the doors and people that treat you like some sort of bad employee. State the reason why I need to go in.. they literally asked that. Really weird I've never had this vibe at a bank before but this place is terrible. Don't forget the mask or you'll be yelled at too. Glad my money is parked elsewhere now
