pat is the fricking man, I cannot count how many times I've gone into the branch and requested document documents and came out sloppy and unorganized. I just got two years worth of bank statements from pat, and he Individually stapled them by month and separated my business and personal for me, which just saved me a ton of time.

Not the least bit helpful with a voluntary surrender car. The surrender was not due to non payment of funds. The car was surrendered, no paperwork was given to the customer. The customer was told they were responsible for getting rid of the car. After hours on the phone with the with bank,local and main bank out of town , re po companies, junk yards, code enforcement the van is still here , sitting on the street. The customer no longer owns the car but can’t sell it or give it away. Beyond frustrated and angry.

My favorite bank in spokane, they are the sweetest people ever, and very helpful. I had fraudulent activity on one of my cards, and it took less than 10 min to have a dispute filed and less than 48 hours to have my money back. Apr credit cards aren't bad, and they're always super helpful.

Came into check out this bank while waiting for the bus. Need a new bank so I thought I would check out this location. When I walked in and sat down at lobby to take off headphones I was approached by a employee. They asked if they could help me, as I go to say I’m doing good just waiting for the bus and was about to say checking out your guys bank to see about switching over from my current bank but the employee interpreted me and said I can wait for my bus this time but next time I have to wait out in the cold and that’s this is a bank so… basically approached me and said I can’t be in the bank. I can’t bank with someone that would rather me be outside in the cold then doing business with them.

Best bank ive had! Ive gone through a couple major banks no one could get me approved for there own credit card no matter how long i stayed of even did the pre pay option. I have been with them for 3-4 mo and just asked about a credit card and needing to build up my credit again. They got me approved ASAP no problems! I will never bank with anyone else. Only thing i dont like no tap feature on cards but those are 1st world problems. ?

Came in so clueless with purchasing car and they were amazing with helping us (Patrick) (Daniel) in specific , they called head quarters and made any phone call to help us get this done as fast as possible, unfortunately the bank was unable to help us but I can't thank those two enough for the amount of help they put in.
