I set an appointment online for 2pm. I even showed up early with the hope they might get me in early. They weren’t even that busy but so slow. About 145 (15 minutes until my appointment) I get a notification on my phone telling me the appointment is canceled. ???? Why I am here in the store waiting patiently for my appointment. I ask a guy who is standing idly by doing nothing why it was cancelled and he said it is because I was checked in. Well in my mind an appointment time means I would be seen at that time or certainly by the next available opportunity. 3 more people were called before me. And now here it is 45 minutes past my appointment time with no end in site. Nobody explains nothing Poor show xfinity

My experience was good for the past 4 years then I move to the new address I was getting charged for my mobile account twice, I told them about it they said it might be scam. Then I was paying attention when I look back I own money in the collection. Service is suck cant even help you. I was reading all the comments here it the same thing happen to them….it’s good to read Xfinity it’s making money on us Tsd it has better service great customer service hopefully don’t fall Xfinity trap

They helped with closing my mom's account after she passed and getting me in charge of my nephews account, who has autism. All in the same visit. It was so kind and supportive with what I was going through.

Took an hou to start the acct..took another hour to have it imstalled..they didn't show up took another hour to reschedule installation tech came didn't know what he was doing !!!
awful!!!! Direct TV is the best!!! Oh took another hour to CANCEL acct...all this in 3 days!!! Terrible company!!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. If you're looking for your first Wi-Fi this is NOT the place. ( go with T-mobile, much better experience ). Awful customer service, snarky remarks when asking simple questions - because I’m not a Wi-Fi expert they are- absolutely unprofessional experience when wanting to set up Wi-Fi and made remarks about the past renters and was very rude. Highly do NOT recommend xfinity or comcast. There are much better options out there that don’t have hidden fees and contracts attached.
