4 trips to get a box to work , It sucks because they have a monopoly on every everything. You can't do anything without internet. I've had dish network. And DirecTV and they suck because there's always glitches in the recordings. Comcast used to come out and fix things. Now you have to pay to have someone come out here to fix their products. There's a new company in town called TDS i wonder what they're like.There's stuff sounds good, but it's only for 6 months or a year. And then everything goes up

We bought a new router/modem to replace the one we've been renting from Xfinity. Returning Xfinity's equipment was the definition of painless. We didn't need to pull up anything on an app, they didn't try to talk us into continuing to rent their equipment, none of that. The customer service representative just asked a question or two about if we had new equipment, scanned the modem, confirmed our name on the account (or something) and said he'd take it from there. Super easy.

Be careful... There's an older " rounded elder guy" in the building. He talks a good game but when it comes to actually following thru, you find out he has been lying the whole time..I'm Injured/disabled and this guy has me run to the store to move cash around in my accounts so I can "trade in my S21+ for an S24, paying taxes and the first payment coming to $120 ballpark" I had to go to Walmart to put money on that card as it's the "card on file", I had asked if a fold or flip was available for the trade in credit I was told "Only the S24, they are pushing the flagship phone".Then I get back, the guy I was speaking with was " busy" so I had to see a new person. She "ran everything" to see if the $800 off deal was doable only to find out my account isn't "qualified" . She was rude and behaving as if I was scum when I was trying to explain what the last guy said. Interrupting me every time I spoke.Extremely unprofessional, rude, discriminating, lying individuals working at the store. I am amazed that the company doesn't do something about this. Such characteristics and tactics can be dangerous to a company.This behavior needs to stop. We the customers deserve better. We don't need to be lied to, and passed off to the next person who then just says "I'm sorry you were lied to, you had to drive across town being disabled." "We don't care what anyone says, my answer is no"

If I could give 0 stars I would, worst company ever. I called about my final bill they told me it would be $0 due to them waiving it. Well come a few weeks later I get charged the $216 they supposedly waived. I call in and they tell me that it's for the storm ready wifi and there is no note of the fee waiver on my account and they set clear expectations. When I call back again. They do not honor their word and do not value their customers.

My cable line from the pole to my house broke in the cold weather and they sent a technician out within 2 hours of me notifying them. I asked if he wanted to reschedule due to the weather, and he declined. He was out on a ladder in the alley in -4 degree weather. I wish I could remember his name, because he deserves all the praise! Oh and this was all on a SUNDAY!! Internet was back up and running before noon.I am absolutely floored by the experience, I have never been treated with such priority by any service company.Thank you Mr.Service Technician, and thanks Xfinity
